Description
Villa Petra is a newly built exclusive villa made of solid natural stone.
It is situated on a small hill not far from Prines, just before Gonia, and was built on a plot of over 4,000 sqm and is approx. 195 sqm in size. It offers a fantastic view over the valley, to the White Mountains and the Aegean Sea. The villa offers a great privacy and a free wide view.
The thick walls insulate and thus protect from heat in summer and cold in winter. The air-conditioning units, which are present in every room, bring additional coolness on hot summer days. A wood-burning stove indoors and outdoors also provides warmth and a cosy atmosphere in the cold season. Supporting this: Underfloor heating throughout the house.
Three spacious bedrooms offer enough space for 6+1 people. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom has a double bed with health mattresses that ensure a relaxed, restful sleep. From each bedroom you have direct access to the outdoor area (garden/terrace) and can enjoy a dreamlike view. Flat screen TV, Bluetooth speakers and a safe are also available in each of the bedrooms.
The two extensive bathrooms, which convince with their unique modern design, offer a spacious shower with rain shower, as well as large double washbasin with mirror and toilet. A guest toilet is also located in the house.
In the living room, two inviting sofas await you for cosy relaxation. Equipped with a flat screen TV, Bluetooth speakers and wood stove, you will want for nothing. The living room flows through the architectural style with the open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large cooking island with bar stools. From both rooms you have access to the outdoor terrace and can enjoy the breathtaking view.
The outdoor area, pool deck, is equipped with comfortable furniture and sunbeds, as well as parasols. The dining and lounge area is shaded by a pergola. There is also a wood-burning stove, which provides an unforgettable, romantic and cosy atmosphere in the evening hours. On hot days, cooling off in the spacious pool is incomparable. Directly near the pool area is the outdoor shower, which provides hot and cold water for refreshment.

You can then leave the car at the airport. Since the beginning of 2024, the Greek government has introduced an eco-tax. This is staggered by category and season: The fee from March 1st - October 31st is €10.00/night per villa and from November 1st - February 29th it is €4.00/night, regardless of the number of guests.
