Villa Kali Zoi ("Good Life") is a new villa built of natural stone,
It has just been completed, and stands in a dreamlike olive grove on a plot of approx. 4,700 sqm, between Prines and Gonia. The view reaches from the White Mountains, over the hinterland, the sea, and the peninsula Akrotiri, with dreamlike sunsets. Here you can enjoy the "good life".
The "Kali Zoi" is a spacious villa of approx. 190 sqm and has 2 large bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom and additional approx. 4x4 m outdoor shower.
In the large living and dining area you will find the fully equipped kitchen with cooking island and counter, as well as a comfortable corner sofa, which invites you to relax. In addition, there is a guest toilet with storage space and washing machine/dryer. Also accessible from the living-dining area is the terrace to the other side, where you can also enjoy a cosy meal.
The first bedroom has a double bed 200 x 210 cm. The second bedroom has a double bed 180 x 200 cm, where you can also divide the bed and then have two single beds 90x200 cm.
When it is used as a double bed, it has a topper, so you have a continuous lying surface. The mattresses are very comfortable and easy on the back.
We have furnished our villa in a modern and comfortable way with many wooden elements. So you can feel completely at home and relax.
The windows are equipped with fly screens. The bedrooms can be darkened with roller blinds and blackout curtains.
The bedrooms and the living-dining area are equipped with air-conditioning and smart TVs. It also has an Astra satellite system with almost all free German channels. The villa has wi-fi without data limitation throughout the house and in the pool area. Each bedroom has a safe.
For further comfort, there is underfloor heating throughout the house (payable locally), which also makes the house interesting for long-term holidaymakers in the colder months. In addition, there is a modern wood-burning stove. Furthermore, the villa is of course equipped with towels, shower towels, pool towels and bed linen.... (Baby cot and high chair available if required)
A washing machine, ironing board and iron are of course at your disposal. The house is cleaned 1x per week, on request also twice.
The whole house and the pool area are at ground level. The terrace is equipped with comfortable sunbeds with cushions and a lounge area at the pool deck. In addition, there is a comfortable sunbathing island and parasols on the terraces.
The garden is laid out in a Mediterranean style. Enjoy your morning exercise on the large terrace. The villa is equipped with a yoga mat. If desired, Mira, the yoga teacher, can be booked and will gladly come to your villa.
Or book a massage directly in the villa.
Enjoy the great view while having dinner on the terrace facing the sea. Or chill out on the pool deck. The pool has approx. 65 sqm, is approx. 11 m long and has an additional shallow water zone. Here you will also find the approx. 7x 4 m pool deck and the pool terrace. Part of the terraces and the pool deck are shaded with bamboo.
There is an additional outdoor shower by the pool.
You can show off your cooking skills at the gas barbecue.
You can park your car under the shady carport.

The normal move-in time is 14.00 and the move-out time is 10.00.
