Villa Apollon, equipped with all comforts. Spend a relaxing holiday in this exclusive villa! It is situated on a natural property of over 6,500 sqm with olive trees, only a few kilometres from Rethymnon. It offers a magnificent view over the valley and the sea.
The just finished natural stone villa is about 320 sqm and has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with cooking island, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and electric kettle... In the living room there is a large TV with satellite reception. Almost all free German channels can be received.
In front of the living room there is a large terrace and the spacious pool area, which is equipped with high-quality furniture, loungers and dining area. The villa has a heated pool!
In addition, there is also a pool deck.
All rooms have shutters or blinds and are equipped with fly screens. All bedrooms have their own safe. Further comfort is provided by underfloor heating for the cooler months.
Nature lovers will also get their money's worth. If you like hiking, you can start directly from the villa
The house is cleaned 1x per week, or twice if you wish.
In the garden there is an approx. 15 x 5 m, heated swimming pool (weather permitting) and an outdoor shower. You will find a gas barbecue and an outdoor sink in the terrace area.
You can reach the nearest beach after approx. 10 km
A car is recommended. Just park it under the shaded carport that is ready for you
The normal move-in time is 14.00 hrs and the move-out time is 10.00 hrs.

The car will be handed over to you at the airport. You will be expected at the airport, there is no need to queue and wait anywhere. We take care of everything for you in advance. You can then leave the car at the airport. Since the beginning of 2024, the Greek government has introduced an eco-tax. This is staggered by category and season: The fee from March 1st - October 31st is €15.00/night per villa and from November 1st - February 29th it is €4.00/night, regardless of the number of guests. The amount can be transferred to us before arrival, or with Visa or Master card. |
