Long term guests please ask for prices. We have been living in Crete since 2004 and maintain our villas ourselves. Key handover, a competent contact person for all questions etc. is on site. We are always available by phone. A detailed description of good tavernas, excursion destinations, doctors etc. is available in the villa. Please also have a look at kretafanatde, where you will find many guestbook entries. Do you want to arrive earlier or leave later? Long-term holiday? Ask us! We will be happy to call you back! We are happy to help you with the booking of a rental car. The car will be handed over to you at the airport. You will be expected at the airport, there is no need to queue and wait anywhere. We take care of everything for you in advance. You can then leave the car at the airport. Since the beginning of 2024, the Greek government has introduced an eco-tax. This is staggered by category and season: The fee from March 1st - October 31st is €10.00/night per villa and from November 1st - February 29th it is €4.00/night, regardless of the number of guests. The amount can be transferred to us before arrival, or paid in cash, or with Visa or Master card. |
