The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable box spring bed, so you can enjoy optimal sleep every night. The second bedroom has two single beds and is ideal for children, but also very suitable for friends traveling together. From the living room you have a beautiful view of the renovated campsite, including canoe rental, an attractive snack wagon with terrace, and a lovely playground.
On hot days, the nearby beach offers the perfect place to cool off and relax.
The spacious bathroom features a large walk-in shower with a rain shower for an especially luxurious experience. You can also relax wonderfully outside: On the terrace you can enjoy the sun all day long – in the morning and during the day on one side, in the evening in front of the chalet.

Berkhout is a small village in North Holland, near the city of Hoorn. It is close to the large recreational area De Hulk, which is known for its many forests and meadows. Berkhout is also surrounded by water: both the Markermeer and the IJsselmeer are near the village. This also makes it the ideal travel destination for a holiday on the IJsselmeer.
The city beach is beautifully situated on the Markermeer. The spacious recreation area offers dining facilities, cycling and walking paths, sports fields, as well as swimming and boat docks.
