The house has 3 bedrooms, living room with integrated, fully Rapporteur kitchen, fridge-freezer, microwave with grill, , coffee,
Dining area for 6 persons. Living room with couch, cable TV with German and foreign. Transmitters.

All beds have anti-allergic duvets (please bring bedding).

The house is suitable for seniors - only one step in from outside.

Other equipment:
Fireplace and gas heating in the living room, washing machine, large terrace, garden furniture, Internet (therefore you 12 Report in House No.) 230 m² of land and shed for bikes. A numbered parking belongs to the house.

Location and surroundings of object

The house is situated on a grassy plot in a quiet location in Bungalow Park Boerenslag. The park is right gegeüber the dune entrance and has controlled access. For children there are in the park play area. The beach is easily accessible (500 m).

For fun in rainy weather, there is a beautiful subtropical swimming pool in place. Many recreational activities are in the immediate vicinity. There are nearby shops and restaurants, in Schagen is a shopping center with more than 100 stores. Also Aldi is in Schagen near the business center.

Weekly rental in the seasons, also Easter, Ascension, Corpus Christi, May 1st and Pentecost. Differing rental possible in low season (by appointment). If a booking is made shorter than a week, the arrival and departure will be fully charged. St. Maartenszee between Alkmaar and Den Helder about 70 km northwest of Amsterdam on the North Sea, 300Km from Cologne, in the middle of the tulip field region. The tulip fields can be best enjoyed in the period from mid-April to early May. There are several shops in the resort, an amusement park, a beautiful subtropical swimming pool and a bike rental station.

Other possible activities include horse riding, canoeing, hiking on a beautiful sandy beach, in the dunes in the sea bathing, beach restaurants. Before dunes entrance there is a parking lot (free) on every Monday held a flea market.

A deposit of € is due and payable upon Mr. Beerepoot, Manager of Bungalow Park Boerenslag, house no. 12,.
This will be offset against payable 55, - € on departure.
From 2016 a tax of € 1 per person per day will be charged.

The following cancellation rules apply for the guest:
• If you cancel up to 14 days before arrival, 50% of the rent is due;
• If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, the full rental amount is payable.

Wonderful stay

We had a great time in Sint Maartenszee. The location of the bungalow is perfect, the facilities are excellent, and communication with Mr. Kamphausen was absolutely hassle-free. The bungalow has everything you need, and the cleanliness is impeccable. We felt at home immediately and would love to come back!

Breathe at the sea.

The holiday accommodation is within walking distance of the entrance to the dune area, and the two beach areas (north and south) can be easily reached on foot or by bike. The bungalow is very comfortably furnished with everything you need. With the gas stove and the many kitchen utensils, cooking was a lot of fun. We enjoyed a wonderful and relaxing week there! Always happy to return :)

A cozy home with lots of warmth and comfort.

We have come to appreciate the location of Sint Maartenszee and the bungalow park during the cooler winter months. For example, those needing a retreat to work in peace will find great conditions here. The landscape, the long beach, the tranquility - wonderful conditions to find oneself and focus on the essentials. Even in the latest hours, one feels safe during a walk on/to the beach. This bungalow particularly pleased us because of the cozy and atmospheric furnishings and because of the fireplace. (Bring firewood or buy it in Schagen at the hardware store). The apartment warms up quickly (even without using the fireplace). The terrace is definitely great in summer - but also nice to step outside briefly in the cool temperatures. The landlords always responded promptly to all questions and were always helpful - even with minor inquiries.

Would love to come back.

Beautiful accommodation, also suitable for small groups.

There were six of us there (a family of three and three friends). The house had the perfect layout for that. A fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a comfortable sofa area in front of the open fireplace, comfortable beds in all three rooms. The bathroom with a shower. What more could you want? We especially loved the terrace, which you can access directly from the kitchen. The park where the house is located is very manageable and easy to reach. From there, you are quickly at the beach, and by car you can also reach Schagen quickly.
