Description
The bungalow is kept open with a living room with integrated kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker (ceramic hob), fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, mini oven (about four rolls) and coffee maker. In the living room you will find a sitting area with cable TV (with German and foreign channels), as well as Internet access.
The bungalow has three bedrooms:
Master bedroom (two mattresses a 90 cm x 200 cm)
Bedroom (one mattress 160 cm x 200 cm, for one to two sleeps)
Bedroom (bunk bed 80 cm x 200 cm)
For the cozy evenings there is a fireplace. Otherwise, the bungalow is heated by central heating.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a small overhead window.
In the garden there is a terrace with garden furniture and marquise, as well as a covered seating lounge. In the storage room you have access to the washing machine, vacuum cleaner, two bicycles and a charcoal grill.
The house is also suitable for seniors (barrier-free).

Location and surroundings of object
St. Maartenszee is located between Alkmaar and Den Helder, about 70 km northwest of Amsterdam on the North Sea. Many leisure activities are in the immediate vicinity. So the amusement park "De Goudvis" is within walking distance. This offers families with children the opportunity to make the holiday varied. In bad weather, the large indoor playground can be visited. There are swimming possibilities next to the sea, also in the LandalPark in Julianadorp. The swimming pool is accessible to everyone.
On the way to the sea, through the fenced dune area, you can meet the Galloway cattle.
Various shops and restaurants are located in the neighboring town of Callantsoog. There is also an Albert Heijn (supermarket). Schagen is a business center with more than 100 shops.
Also a visit to Alkmaar is worthwhile. In addition to many shopping opportunities, takes place in the period from to every Friday from 10:00 clock to 13:00 the world-famous cheese market instead.

Top Unterkunft
Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Sint Martenszee und in dem schönen Ferienhaus. Es hat uns an nicht gefehlt, die Ausstattung ist super. Top Lage, sauber und ein sehr netter Vermieter. Unkompliziert und freundlich. Klare Weiterempfehlung.

Immer wieder gerne
Wir hatten eine herrliche 30 Grad Woche in Sint Maartenszee. Im Bungalow hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Die überdachte Lounche-Ecke im Garten ist prima und die Schlüsselübergabe per Safemaster unkompliziert und schnell. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Top Bungalow
Wir haben trotz Regen schöne Pfingsttage in dieser Ferienunterkunft verbracht und kommen gerne wieder. Geschützte Terrasse, freies WLAN, dt. TV, 2 Fahrräder und eine vollständig eingerichtete Küche haben keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Die Matratzen waren ebenfalls gut.

Wonderful relaxing holidays
It was a wonderful 2 weeks with our 3 children. The bungalow is cosy, modernly equipped and we had everything we needed. The location is ideal, the high hedges guarantee privacy and the sea is not far away. The shopping facilities in the Spar market on site are also ideal. The process on arrival and departure, with the manager Henk Beerepoot, was totally relaxed and nice. The contact with the landlords was also very pleasant and the price/performance ratio is well balanced. We really liked it and are happy to recommend the holiday home without reservation.

Eine Woche Erholung pur!
Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage im Bungalow21, der zum größten Teil frisch genoviert ist.
Der Wohnbereich ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet,die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts ! Einfach ein Ort zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen
Zum Bungalow gehört ein netter Garten , der durch eine Hecke abgetrennt ist. Diese dient zum einen als Windschutz aber auch idealer Weise als Sichtschutz.
Auch die überdachte Ecke mit Loungemöbeln ist ein wunderbarer Platz zum Ausruhen.
Das Meer ist zu Fuß sehr gut in Kürze zu erreichen, wir haben gerne die beiden Fahrräder genutzt,die zum Haus gehören.
Überhaupt ist es eine wunderschöne Gegend ,um mit den Rädern die Umgebung zu erkunden.
Wir hatten eine Woche wunderschönes Wetter und konnten somit den traumhaften Strand genießen!
Es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt in der Nähe, größere sind schnell und gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen.
Herr Henk Beerepoot, unser Ansprechpartner im Park, hat uns freundlich empfangen und war jederzeit für uns erreichbar.
Wir kommen gerne wieder
