Description
The bungalow is kept open with a living room with integrated kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker (ceramic hob), fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, mini oven (about four rolls) and coffee maker. In the living room you will find a sitting area with cable TV (with German and foreign channels), as well as Internet access.
The bungalow has three bedrooms:
Master bedroom (two mattresses a 90 cm x 200 cm)
Bedroom (one mattress 160 cm x 200 cm, for one to two sleeps)
Bedroom (bunk bed 80 cm x 200 cm)
For the cozy evenings there is a fireplace. Otherwise, the bungalow is heated by central heating.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a small overhead window.
In the garden there is a terrace with garden furniture and marquise, as well as a covered seating lounge. In the storage room you have access to the washing machine, vacuum cleaner, two bicycles and a charcoal grill.
The house is also suitable for seniors (barrier-free).

Location and surroundings of object
St. Maartenszee is located between Alkmaar and Den Helder, about 70 km northwest of Amsterdam on the North Sea. Many leisure activities are in the immediate vicinity. So the amusement park "De Goudvis" is within walking distance. This offers families with children the opportunity to make the holiday varied. In bad weather, the large indoor playground can be visited. There are swimming possibilities next to the sea, also in the LandalPark in Julianadorp. The swimming pool is accessible to everyone.
On the way to the sea, through the fenced dune area, you can meet the Galloway cattle.
Various shops and restaurants are located in the neighboring town of Callantsoog. There is also an Albert Heijn (supermarket). Schagen is a business center with more than 100 shops.
Also a visit to Alkmaar is worthwhile. In addition to many shopping opportunities, takes place in the period from to every Friday from 10:00 clock to 13:00 the world-famous cheese market instead.

Top Unterkunft
We had a great week in Sint Martenszee and in the beautiful holiday home. We didn't miss anything, the equipment is great. Top location, clean, and a very nice landlord. Uncomplicated and friendly. Clear recommendation.

Always happy to come back
We had a wonderful 30-degree week in Sint Maartenszee. We lacked nothing in the bungalow. The covered lounge corner in the garden is great, and the key transfer via Safemaster is uncomplicated and quick. We will gladly come back.

Top Bungalow
We spent beautiful Pentecost days in this holiday accommodation despite the rain and would love to come back. Sheltered terrace, free Wi-Fi, German TV, 2 bicycles, and a fully equipped kitchen left nothing to be desired. The mattresses were also good.

Wonderful relaxing holidays
It was a wonderful 2 weeks with our 3 children. The bungalow is cosy, modernly equipped and we had everything we needed. The location is ideal, the high hedges guarantee privacy and the sea is not far away. The shopping facilities in the Spar market on site are also ideal. The process on arrival and departure, with the manager Henk Beerepoot, was totally relaxed and nice. The contact with the landlords was also very pleasant and the price/performance ratio is well balanced. We really liked it and are happy to recommend the holiday home without reservation.

A week of pure relaxation!
We had very nice days in Bungalow21, which has been mostly freshly renovated. The living area is tastefully furnished, the kitchen is very well equipped, nothing is missing! Simply a place to relax and feel good. The bungalow has a nice garden, separated by a hedge. This serves as a windbreak and also ideally as a privacy screen. The covered corner with lounge furniture is also a wonderful place to rest. The sea is easily reachable on foot, and we enjoyed using the two bicycles that belong to the house. It's a beautiful area to explore by bike. We had wonderful weather for a week and were able to enjoy the fantastic beach! There is a small supermarket nearby, larger ones are easily and quickly accessible by car. Mr. Henk Beerepoot, our contact in the park, welcomed us warmly and was always available to us.
We would love to come back.
