Welcome to Casa al Tanaro, a privately owned holiday home in Piedmont. From a typical for the Southern Piedmont farmhouse has become a lovingly designed holiday home with the help of many friends and hardworking helpers. The house is in the opinion of the Italians in northern Italy - for us it is a house in the south. More specifically in the Southern Piedmont in the province of Cuneo, municipality Castellino Tanaro. The nearest large towns are Mondovi and Ceva, each about 10 minutes away. The access to the A6 motorway is 10 minute away and thus also day trips to Liguria to the Mediterranean, to Turin or in the valleys of the Maritime Alps no problem.
Situated between mountains and the sea, both the Mediterranean beaches of Liguria, the ski resorts of the Alps and the vineyards of Alta Langa (eg Barolo) can be reached in a short time. The rolling hills of the Langhe begin directly behind the house; they offer a unique panorama and an ideal starting point for tours in this fascinating region.
