The country house, which has been lovingly and heartily renovated, is situated in a sunny, traffic-free location at the Dorfrand, surrounded by meadows, vines, forest and fruit trees with various cozy seating areas and a 180 degree panoramic view of the western and southern alps. The wooden deck with the pergola is the ideal place to enjoy a fine glass of wine for the sunset. Whether on the partially glazed panoramic terrace with teak furniture and sun loungers, under the "Weinlaube", in the hammock under the Feigenbaum, everyone finds their favorite place.
The country house Allegria has space for 5P. ideal +2 P. On the upper floor there is 1 room with a boxspring bed with a continuous mattress, 1 room with double bed with a continuous mattress and 1 single bed. The two rooms combine a panoramic balcony. In the basement there is a daylight shower with rain shower, WC, the kitchen, the living room with a comfortable double couch for 2 persons, TV and WLAN. The country house is equipped with modern and antique furniture. Natural materials such as terracotta, linen, wood, rattan and lime plaster with pigment paints and beautiful fabrics create a feel-good atmosphere. Central heating and a stove provide comfort on cold days.
In the well-equipped kitchen with gas cooker, oven and dishwasher - from the toaster to Kahla porcelain to the coffee machine DeLonghi (beans) and Nespresso coffee machine, wok and Lecreuset roasting - makes it a pleasure to cook with the regional market products. Basic foods, spices, vinegar, oil, dish soap and detergent are available. You can also grill outdoors, or after a 10 minute walk in the Dorfrestaurant Castello with regional specialties. In the guesthouse you will find many tips and addresses, several hiking guides are located on.

Location and surroundings of object
Ciglie is a small village with 200 inhabitants. It is located in South Piedmont, 30 km south of Barolo. Because at 550 m. above sea level. It has a pleasant microclimate. In Bastia Mondovi village, 5 km away, it has the whole infrastructure with shops, pizzeria, post office, with markets, for example in Mondovi and Carru (also swimming pool) 10 km each. Tennis, horse riding in the area. Several golf courses are within 50 km. eg in Cherasco 37 km, Monforte and Barolo 28 km. Cycling, jogging and hiking directly from the holiday home. By train from Ceva, you can reach the Ligurian coast, without parking problems, from Mondovi Turin, both in about an hour.
From Ciglie you can visit the many places of cultural interest, castles and palaces. In an hour you are in Torino and in Genova with its beautiful inner cities and museums, in just an hour in the mountains and on the Ligurian coast.
5 km from Ciglie in Bastia Mondovi is the chapel San Fiorenzo, built between the 10th and 15th centuries, with restored frescoes from the 15th century. Further medieval chapels with beautiful frescoes can be found in the surroundings, eg S. Maurizio in Roccaforte Mondovi with Romanesque Byzantine frescoes. The pilgrimage church of Vicoforte has the largest elliptical dome in the world.
In the Castello di Grinzane Cavour is the "Enoteca Regionale dell Piemonte", the largest and most important collection of Piedmontese wines (of course with sale). There is a corkscrew museum in Barolo, along with finest wines. Breo connects the old town of Mondovi with the upper part of Piazza. The time will not be enough so that you want to come back.

Country house in a quiet location
The house is located in a very quiet and beautiful, exposed location. The furnishings are comfortable, the kitchen is super generously equipped, and everything is spotlessly clean. If you like to set up a cozy home and cook for yourself, this is the right place. The house offers enough space for two people, but it may get a bit cramped with more people inside in bad weather.

Simply fantastic
The house in a fantastic location in the small village of Ciglie is really recommended in all aspects. Peace and pure nature and yet equipped with everything, even two terraces to choose from! Cecile is committed to ensuring that the guests are very well taken care of and comprehensive information is also provided. Would love to come back to Allegria in Ciglie, to the culinary region of Piedmont!

Simply switch off
A nice quiet place away from the hustle and bustle, nice to get to know the Piedmont or to relax. A car is not absolutely necessary to get to know the beautiful area, because Cècile also recommends and offers day trips in the surroundings.

Great for relaxing
Great holiday home with super facilities, including coffee machine. The view is magnificent. For those not afraid to drive up the mountain, car is essential. There were two of us but there would have been more room. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. Landlady was very pleasant, good preparation and very pleasant contact.

Beautiful time out in Piedmont
A very well equipped holiday home at the end of an old village
From the large terrace you have a wonderful view, there are shady and sunny spots depending on your preference
The house has a very well equipped kitchen, you are not limited even as an ambitious cook!
The bathroom is pleasantly large and also has a washing machine. There is also plenty of storage space
There is a restaurant in the village that doesn't offer star cuisine, but doesn't have to hide either
The drives through Piedmont are always worth a trip. There are beautiful old towns, the sea and Liguria are also just over an hour away and offer a wonderful drive through the different valleys
The hostess has many tips and was always responsive to questions
We enjoyed it all very much and would love to come back again ??

A wonderful stay
The house is equipped optimally for 2-4 people. Mrs. Beck has lovingly furnished everything, the views of the surrounding landscapes are beautiful. We definitely had a relaxing vacation.

Sehr zu empfehlen, wer die Ruhe sucht
Ein sehr schönes Haus mit einer Traumaussicht, von der wir nicht genug bekamen.
Die Ausstattung ist unschlagbar, vorallem in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Kochen macht hier richtig Spass um es dann auf der großen Terrasse zu genießen. Hinweise auf Touren in der Umgebung, Gaststätte und vielen anderen Sachen sind liebevoll in einem Hefter mit grossem Aufwand zusammen gefasst.
Abwicklung der Buchung und Übergabe vor Ort ohne Probleme.
Wir möchten uns bei Frau Beck nochmals für die Woche in Ihrem Haus bedanken, gleiches gilt für den sehr netten Nachbarn Bruno , der uns mit Kirschen und Aprikosen verpflegt hat.

We, a couple 60+, arrived with our e-bikes and enjoyed our stay in the Allegria holiday home
The small house proved to be perfectly equipped for our needs, the many cosy places around the house, the view/s and the surroundings delighted us. Even in late autumn, we could still soak up southern warmth, on the terrace, in the immediate vicinity or during excursions in the immediate vicinity. On rainy days we found the pleasantly heated house cosy and homely
Despite beautiful tours, as e-bike riders we realised that a car would be advisable due to the location. The nearer and further surroundings offer a lot of possibilities, we also found Mondovì absolutely worth a trip. We will have fond memories of our stay at "Allegria"

Erholsame Ferien
Wir haben uns in den 2 Wochen sehr gut erholt. Die Aussicht jeden Tag bei gutem Wetter geniessen können und an einem regnerischen Tag uns am Ofen wärmen können.

Tolle Lage, wunderschöne Aussicht
Wir haben mithilfe der ausführlichen Infomappe die Umgebung erkundet. Mit der Küche waren wir sehr zufrieden, wirklich sehr vollständig ausgestattet. Die Schlafzimmer sind schön eingerichtet. Wundervoll sind die liebevoll zusammen gestellten Informationen, die uns an viele schöne Orte geführt haben. Die CD's und die vielen Bücher trafen unseren Geschmack. Das Gartenhaus ist ein sehr netter Rückzugsort am Ende des Rebbergs.

Ferienhaus mit schönen Ausblicken
Wir haben uns in dem Haus mit allem Komfort sehr wohlgefühlt und uns an den ersten kühlen Abenden sehr über den Holzofen gefreut. Die schöne Aussicht auf die umliegenden Landschaften und Berge, insbesondere zum Monviso haben wir sehr genossen. Wertvoll war die umfangreiche Infomappe.

Fereinhaus mit Wohlfühlgarantie
Ein toll ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, das liebevoll renoviert und eingerichtet ist. Die Lage ist eher abgeschieden, garantiert Ruhe und einen unverbauten Blick in die tolle Landschaft.
Der aufwändig gestaltete Ordner mit unzähligen Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants Sehenswürdigkeiten war eine grosse Hilfe, ebenfalls Nachbar Bruno, der jeden Tag nach uns geschaut hat und um unser Wohl bekümmert war.
Die vielen schönen Plätze im und rund ums Haus laden förmlich ein zum Dolce far niente. Wir waren nur zu zweit, aber das Haus bietet genug Platz für mehr Personen, weil es auch viele Rückzugsmöglichkeiten gibt. Viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe laden zu kulinarischen Ausflügen ein, aber die tolle Küche im Ferienhaus macht auch Lust aufs Selberkochen.
Das grosse Bett hat uns einen traumhaften Schlaf beschert.

Viele Freisitze auf dem grossen Grundstück
Den Charme des Ferienhauses machen die vielen Sitzplätze rund um das Haus aus, sei es auf der Terrasse, auf dem Balkon vor den Schlafzimmern, in der Laube unter Weinblättern oder am Gartenhäuschen. Zu jeder Tageszeit und bei jedem Sonnenstand lässt sich ein lauschiges Plätzchen finden. Der Komfort des Boxspringbetts und auch des anderen Doppelbetts garantieren erholsamen Schlaf. Die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche erlaubt es, sich kulinarisch auszuprobieren. Supermärkte, sogar ein Biomarkt, und Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind in zwanzig Minuten erreichbar. Nimmt man eine halbe bis dreiviertel Stunde Anfahrt in Kauf, kann mann in alle Himmelsrichtungen aufbrechen und das Piemont in seiner ganzen Vielfalt erkunden, sei es im Weinanbau, in den Haselnusswäldern, den westlichen Seealpen oder am Strand Liguriens.
