The house, built in 1984, was completely renovated in 2010 and extended by 60 m2 with a new extension in 2014. The living space is about 125 m2.
The neighbour uses his part of the house only as a holiday home 2-3 times a year. The large sunbathing lawn, the terrace, the garden seating area and the barbecue are exclusively available to our guests and are not visible from the outside.
The house has 4 large bedrooms, a separate kitchen, a large living & dining room, bath/WC and shower/WC. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove or in the bathroom by the electric towel radiator. A beautiful garden seating area with a fantastic view belongs to it as well as the huge terrace (65 m2) on the 1st floor. The entire furnishing is of high quality and modern. SAT-TV and stereo system as well as a washing machine are available. A fully automatic coffee machine is available in the kitchen.
There is a public WLAN, which does not always work well. The mobile network works well on the basis of 3G and 4G.
There is a simple outdoor shower at the edge of the lawn. Of course there is also a barbecue grill. In total, about 15'000 m2 of land in the form of meadows, flowers, vines, fruit trees, forest and hills belong to the house.
There are four popular restaurants in the immediate vicinity (2 km). With the Osteria da Gemma, one of the best restaurants in Piedmont is in the immediate vicinity.
The sea (Savona) and Torino are both about 60 minutes away.
Monforte d'Alba is 5 minutes away and Alba 20 minutes.
In Monforte d'Alba there is a public outdoor swimming pool and various bars and concerts every now and then. The village square with its activities is very well known and popular.
There is also a golf course nearby. The region is very popular for its excellent cuisine and wine, as well as the famous white truffle and of course the Ferrero company.

The semi-detached house is situated at 590 m above sea level in a top location on the edge of the village of Roddino and at the foot of a small hill.
The view of the Alps is phenomenal! And there is peace and quiet

Cancellation terms:
