Discover our small hideaway for 2 people "Ciriella Picco", the fifth house in our spacious resort in the hills of Piedmont around the village of Castelletto Uzzone. This 80 square metre house can accommodate up to 2 guests and has a bedroom, a bathroom, a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen and a small attic gallery with a window, ideal for yoga.
A tarmac road takes you up the hill, through woods and meadows, to the front of the house. The house welcomes you with a spacious terrace and a saltwater pool surrounded by woods and meadows and bordering a nature reserve. The house is isolated from the other houses at about 750 metres above sea level. The house, the pool and the completely fenced garden are for your exclusive use (no other guests). The covered car park is right next to the house.
On the ground floor is the bedroom with a cosy king-size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a large bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC and washing machine. The entrance hall can be used as a living room.
The upper floor is bright and open, the modern living is one with the modern and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee machine, crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots etc. Large sliding windows on both sides. Large sliding windows on both sides offer a wonderful view of the valley and the hills of the Alta Langa. The open-plan living room has a dining table, a sofa bed, a German-language satellite TV and sound system. From here you can access the large terrace with saltwater pool (approx. 7.40x4m, depth approx. 1.40m).
From here you can access the small gallery with window, which is ideal for yoga or daydreaming.
The entire house is tiled, has underfloor heating (with the exception of the gallery) and is air-conditioned. The spacious terrace runs around the house and is also tiled, a lawn brings green flair to the upper floor, palm trees provide even more of a holiday feeling. You can spend the warm summer evenings in the cosy lounge on the terrace, where a dining table and chairs invite you to dine al fresco. Awnings can be extended to provide protection from the sun. Enjoy cosy barbecues, an electric barbecue is at your disposal.
WiFi is available free of charge in the house and by the pool. Table tennis table for your own free use directly at the house.
We are now in the process of landscaping, tiling and furnishing the house. If you take a look at our other houses, you will get an idea of what awaits you from July - we are putting a lot of effort and love into this little gem.
The holiday home "Ciriella Picco" is a non-smoking house. It is located in the middle of an almost unspoilt landscape, which is perfect for long walks and excursions. Experience an unforgettable holiday - we look forward to seeing you.

Ciriella "Picco" is the fifth house in our spacious resort. It is located in an area near the village of Castelletto Uzzone in the middle of woods and meadows at around 750 metres above sea level. You can reach "Picco" via a tarmac road, well gravelled towards the end, which leads directly to the house.
Ciriella "Picco" is located at around 750 metres above sea level in the municipality of Castelletto Uzzone in the province of Cuneo, Piedmont region. It is about 10 km from Cortemilia, the nearest larger town. From the Strada Provinciale 52, follow the road uphill for about three kilometres until you reach Ciriella at the end. There are extensive hiking trails directly from the house. A fantastic area with fantastic motorbike routes through small villages with lots of bends and little traffic.
Day trips to Cinque Terre, to the sea (idyllic Noli), to the wine region around Barolo, motorbike tour along the Ligurian border ridge road (Strada del Sale) or to the thermal springs in Acqui Terme. In autumn, the world-famous truffle fair takes place every year in Alba with a packed programme. Stroll through the unspoilt countryside, discover the wonderful cuisine of Piedmont or unwind with a glass of wine in the cosy atmosphere of Ciriella.

Ciriella is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house or on the balconies.
We attach great importance to hygiene and cleanliness. Even before the corona pandemic, we already met an above-average standard of hygiene. We want to keep it that way.
All our bed linen and towelling is cleaned and disinfected in a laundry. All kitchen utensils are washed in the dishwasher at high temperatures between each guest change, and bathrooms and surfaces are also disinfected.
