The apartment is located on the ground floor of the newly built house, only 200m from the beach. The 2 room apartment has a living room with sofa bed (1,40 x 2,00m) for 1-2 persons, armchair, radio, wardrobe, LCD TV and coffee table. The bedroom is equipped with a large double bed (1,80 x 2,0m), wardrobe and bedside tables, additionally a baby cot up to 3 years can be placed.
A separate kitchen with fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, ceramic hob,
Microwave, toaster, egg cooker, kitchen utensils, crockery and a dining area. The modern bathroom has underfloor heating, WC, hairdryer, iron with ironing board, bathroom furniture, shower and towel for 2 persons with 1 child or 3 persons. The house is enclosed with a fence. The parking space is in the property. Bicycles can be safely parked on the terrace. The 18 sqm garden terrace is equipped with garden furniture, beach chair, parasol, deck chairs and charcoal grill. On the terrace you can dry your bathing clothes on a drying rack. The garden is shared by both flats. The apartment is not suitable for disabled persons with or without a care level.

Location and surroundings of object
The old fishing village of Börgerende offers a lot for nature and bathing lovers. Here you will find an intact
Nature reserve and barely touched stretches of beach. No mass tourism like at other beach resorts. Our beach not only invites you to sunbathe, but also to go for walks where you can find
where you can find treasures such as amber or shells.
When the sea is stormy, you can take wonderful beach walks to the oldest seaside resort in Germany Heiligendamm 3 km , the seaside resort Kühlungsborn 10km or the seaside resort Warnemünde 15km.
You can also reach these places by bicycle directly along the Baltic Sea cycle path along the beach.
A highlight is the trip from Heiligendamm to Kühlungsborn with the narrow-gauge railway " Molli ".
From Kühlungsborn or Warnemünde you can organise very nice boat trips or harbour tours.
By car you can reach Bad Doberan in 10 minutes or Rostock in 15 minutes.
In Börgerende you will find shopping facilities such as aunt Emma's shop, supermarket 3km away in Rethwisch, restaurants, fish shop with snack bar, coffee shop, riding stables, bicycle rental stations, milk bar, café, etc.

Very nice vacation to relax
We felt very comfortable and the weather was great. The apartment was as described in the advertisement. The landlord was nice and helpful. Ideal for seniors because there is no mass tourism. It was only 200m to the beach. We would love to come back until next time. Best regards from Sabine Conrad.
