Description

At walking distance from the beautiful sandy beach of Sint Maartenszee, nestled against the dunes, you will find Park Duinland. A wonderfully spacious, quiet and green bungalow park. This recently renovated accommodation is decorated in a fresh and atmospheric beach theme for 5 persons and is fully equipped. The bungalow is ideal for families with young children, but also for nature lovers, beach-goers and culture vultures. In short, something for everyone!

Living room
The cosy sitting area has a comfortable sofa and armchair. There is a Smart TV with both Dutch and German TV channels and access to, for example, Netflix. The living room has a cosy dining table with 6 chairs. There is also a high chair. From the living room, you look out onto the lovely, green garden with fine terrace. This is easily accessible via a sliding door or door from the kitchen.

Open kitchen
The spacious and well-equipped kitchen is fully equipped. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine and filter coffee machine, kettle, large fridge/freezer, 4-burner gas hob, plenty of cutlery and crockery.

Bedrooms
There are 2 bedrooms in the bungalow. The master bedroom has a double bed with double duvet (220 x 240), a spacious built-in wardrobe and a small desk. The second, child-friendly bedroom has a bunk bed for 3 persons, a wardrobe and a nice play corner for children.

Bathroom
The spacious bathroom has a washbasin, toilet and walk-in shower with rain shower.

Parking
The car can be parked directly at the accommodation.

Garden
In the fully enclosed, green garden with lawn and terrace with lounge sofa adjacent to the accommodation, there is a lockable garden house with storage space for e.g. bicycles. There is a large picnic table on the lawn where you can enjoy your meals. There are also sunbeds for sunbathing or relaxing.

Pets
A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Please notify when booking.

Extra
Washing machine, WIFI and digital television available. The house is non-smoking.

Child-friendly
The bungalow is child-friendly. A highchair, cot and handcart are at your disposal. Park Duinland has various playgrounds. Children of Park Duinland guests can join in the entertainment program of nearby Camping de Lepelaar during the high season for only € 1. Please register in advance at Camping de Lepelaar. Indoor and outdoor play paradise de Goudvis is just a few minutes' walk away.

Park Duinland
At Park Duinland you will have a wonderful time. The park is spacious, quiet and green. It exists already more than 50 years and has a unique location, directly opposite the dunes and the sea, between the beautiful bulb fields. The cosy centre of Callantsoog and Petten are at cycling distance. The park has a tennis court and several small playgrounds for children. Next to the park is Camping Sint Maartenszee, with a small SPAR supermarket where you can get fresh rolls every morning. There is also a miniature golf course. Park Duinland is an excellent base for a long walk in the forest or on the beach, a beautiful cycle trip, an adventurous mountain bike ride, for an excursion in the surrounding area to one of the beautiful cities such as Alkmaar and Schagen or villages or a day trip to Texel!

Service von Buchung bis zur Abfahrt, von der Agentur , alles Top . Danke immer Hilfsbereit. Lage und Informationen sehr ausführlich in Info Mappe erklärt . Ein sehr liebevolles eingerichtetes Haus um sich wohl zu fühlen. Danke sehr dafür .

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub im Ferienbungslow genossen. Es ist sehr schön und harmonisch Ausgestattet, sowie sauber und es ist alles da, was man braucht, tolle Küche, Spülmaschine und große Kühlschrank. Der Herd hat sogar einen Backofen. Die liebevolle Deko, tolles Sofa, sowie die bequemen Betten ergänzen es noch positiv. Der Garten ist groß , unser Hund hat sich darüber sehr gefreut. Die Nähe zum Strand, zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad ist toll . Der kleine Supermarkt ist in der Saison schnell erreichbar., Fahrrad oder zu Fuß. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
