Description

At walking distance from the beautiful sandy beach of Sint Maartenszee, nestled against the dunes, you will find Park Duinland. A wonderfully spacious, quiet and green bungalow park. This fresh, modern accommodation is decorated in an appropriate beach theme for 5 persons and is fully equipped. The bungalow is ideal for families with young children, but also for nature lovers, beach-goers and culture vultures. In short, something for everyone! The dog is welcome!

Living room
The cosy seating area has a comfortable corner sofa and armchair. There is a digital TV with both Dutch and German TV channels. The living room has a cosy dining table with 6 chairs. From the living room, you look out onto the lovely, green garden with fine terrace. This is easily accessible via a sliding door or door from the kitchen.

Open kitchen
The spacious and well-equipped kitchen is fully equipped. There is a dishwasher, toaster, combi microwave, Senseo and filter coffee machine, kettle, large fridge/freezer, 4-burner gas hob, plenty of cutlery and crockery.

Bedrooms
There are 3 bedrooms in the bungalow. The master bedroom has a double bed (2 mattresses 80x200 cm each) with double duvets and a wardrobe. The second bedroom also has a double bed with single mattresses (2x 90x200 cm) with two single duvets and the third bedroom has a single bed (80x200 cm).

Bathroom
The spacious bathroom has a washbasin, toilet and walk-in shower.

Parking
The car can be parked near the accommodation.

Garden
In the fully enclosed, green garden with lawn and terrace adjacent to the accommodation with lounge sofa and table with garden chairs, there is a lockable garden house with storage space for e.g. bicycles.

Pets
Your dog or cat are welcome in this lovely accommodation.

Extra
WIFI and digital television are available. The house is non-smoking.

Child-friendly
Park Duinland has several playgrounds. Children of guests of Park Duinland can join the entertainment programme of nearby Camping de Lepelaar during the high season for only € 1. Please register in advance at Camping de Lepelaar. Indoor and outdoor play paradise de Goudvis is just a few minutes' walk away.

Park Duinland
At Park Duinland you will have a wonderful time. The park is spacious, quiet and green. It has existed for over 50 years and has a unique location, directly opposite the dunes and the sea, between the beautiful bulb fields. The cosy centre of Callantsoog and Petten are at cycling distance. The park has a tennis court and several small playgrounds for children. Next to the park is Camping Sint Maartenszee, with a small supermarket where you can get fresh rolls every morning. There is also a mini-golf course there. A new patisserie has recently opened on Zeeweg, where you can also buy fresh rolls. Park Duinland is a great base for a long walk in the woods or on the beach, a lovely bike ride, an adventurous mountain bike tour, for an outing in the area to one of the beautiful towns like Alkmaar and Schagen or villages or a day trip to Texel!

Der dazugehörige Garten ist wunderbar ! Der ganze Park ist ruhig und angenehm! Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar und sehr schön!

Es ist im Verhältnis zur Größe sehr ruhig. Man kann von dort aus sehr viel Unternehmen. Auch der Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Wir kommen schon viele Jahre in die oben genannte Ferienwohnung und freuen uns jedesmal wieder. Sie ist Top eingerichtet und wirklich schön. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Herbst. :-)

Huisje was compleet en aangenaam ingericht. De omheinde tuin was heel prettig, voor privacy en onze hond.Top om lopend naar het strand te kunnen vanaf het huisje.

Cottage in a beautiful location, so close to the dunes. It's a pity that right next to the cottage the road was open, with construction work and all kinds of large equipment making necessary noises (beeping and buzzing). The cottage was completely fine, but in relation to the size / what we had before, I found the price on the high side. Also, the park feels less tidy to me than the parks on Belkmerweg! The reason we came now was to escape fireworks for my little dog. Unfortunately, they were just setting off fireworks on the 'ring road' in the park: Visible and certainly audible from the cabin! Very strange because there were even signs saying fireworks prohibited. Also a pity that many people do not follow the rules to keep dogs on a leash in the dune area! (for us it is important since Noah was recently attacked by a dog and reacts differently because of it) Furthermore, we enjoyed the warm welcome again, and the super service with delicious pastry! A nice treat for the dog! And that we could check in earlier (TOP!) Thank you, it was GREAT!
