Casa Vivienne offers you everything for a thoroughly successful holiday. The house was completely renovated in 2023 and equipped with a well-thought-out, stylish concept. With maximum comfort and quality, this villa is the perfect place for an unforgettable holiday.
The house is located in a small, modern holiday complex; the two entrance gates can only be opened with a key. Here, the best of a holiday complex and a private house are combined. Casa Vivienne has its own private, enclosed property with a private pool and, in addition, to the left of the entrance to the holiday complex, a large communal pool, 17 m long x 6 m wide, with an integrated paddling pool of 3 x 3 m for smaller children. The area cannot be seen from the house and has 2 access doors; there are 2 showers available for you there. You can relax with your family on your own terrace and enjoy the pool, and your children will find other children to play with at the communal pool, or you can swim long, sporty laps and then relax in your own pool.
From the house entrance, a small hallway leads to the left into the separate, fully equipped kitchen. To the right are the two bedrooms and the bathroom on the ground floor. Continue straight ahead to reach the living/dining area, on the left is the dining room, a few steps from the kitchen. The hallway leads directly into the large, bright living room with a comfortable upholstered sofa for 4 people, opposite which hangs the 65-inch smart TV. The living room opens onto the conservatory, with another dining table. The glazing can be opened or closed depending on the season, giving you an outdoor feeling all year round, the reason why so many people like to travel to the Costa Blanca. From here you reach the pool and the sun terrace, with barbecue area. The high-quality sun loungers, garden furniture, and the built-in gas grill have also been selected according to the same concept and convey pure holiday feeling. An indoor staircase leads from the living room to the upper floor; here, on the right, is the large, separate bathroom and to the left of it the master bedroom. From here you can access the balcony with lounge furniture and a small whirlpool, and you can partially see the Penon de Ifach – the landmark of the Costa Blanca – and have a view all the way to the Olta mountain range.
Two restaurants and a café are easily within walking distance, so you can leave the car behind from time to time. You can reach the beautiful Mediterranean beaches La Fossa and La Fustera in 5 minutes by car.
Fast fiber optic internet, high-quality air conditioning, and double-glazed windows contribute to your comfort.

3 bedrooms: Upper floor: one with double bed, 1.80 m wide x 2 m long, 2 nightstands, wardrobe, mirror, access to the balcony. On the ground floor: 2 bedrooms, left with double bed, 1.60 m wide x 2 m long, 2 bedside tables, wardrobe, mirror; right with 2 single beds each 0.90 m wide x 2 m long, 1 bedside table in between, wardrobe, mirror.
All three bedrooms are equipped with A/C, exterior shutters, and curtains.
2 bathrooms: Upper floor: separate large bathroom equipped with large shower, round washbasin with cabinet underneath, WC. Ground floor: smaller bathroom with shower, washbasin with cabinet underneath, WC. In both bathrooms, guests have a hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner available free of charge.
Separate, modern kitchen: fully equipped.
Dining room: behind the kitchen, next to the living room, rectangular table with glass top, 6 wood/wicker chairs, A/C, French door to the terrace.
Living room: spacious and bright, comfortable upholstered sofa with seats that can be pulled out to the front. It offers plenty of space for 4 people, a round coffee table, sideboard under the 65-inch smart TV, AC, window door leading out to the conservatory.
An internal staircase leads upstairs to the second bathroom, third bedroom, and the balcony, which invites you to linger with a two-seater sofa, two armchairs, and a table; as a highlight, there is also a small jacuzzi next to it. Pure relaxation, at night you can see the lights of Calpe sparkling. The Jacuzzi must be booked separately and will be freshly cleaned and filled with water before being handed over to you.
Conservatory in front of the living room, very harmoniously furnished in the style of the house. It can be completely opened with folding windows and extends the outdoor feeling well into the cooler season. Rectangular wooden dining table with 6 comfortable chairs. To the left you will find the built-in gas grill and a sink, where you can prepare your favorite meals in the company of your friends and family.
The private pool is 7 x 3 m in size and, from the Roman steps, 1.20 - 2.20 m deep, outdoor shower, coordinated comfortable garden furniture.
The outdoor area is tiled all around the house, next to the house entrance a small garden gate also leads to the pool area, parking at the house.

The house is located in the quiet residential area Gran Sol in a very well-maintained, modern complex.
2 restaurants and a café are easily reachable on foot.
To the sandy beaches to the left and right of the Penon de Ifach: La Fossa, sandy beach, approx. 3 km; Arenal-Bol approx. 4 km; to the very beautiful small sandy beach in the La Fustera bay with picnic area, Benissa, it is approx. 3 km.
A hiking trail leads from there along the sea towards Moraira and towards Calpe: approx. 3.2 km. The picturesque rocky beach Playa Les Bassetes in Calpe offers a diving school, catamarans, paddle surfing, and 2 restaurants and is less than 3 km away. The coastal hiking trail also passes by here. The magnificent views along this hiking trail will remain in your memory for a long time.
It is about 3.8 km to the center of Calpe with a variety of restaurants, shops, and sports facilities. On Saturday the market is held there, with sun-ripened, fresh vegetables, fruit, flowers, and clothing.
