A warm welcome to our new holiday apartment from Easter 2026 at Rebhuhnweg 17 in Leer/East Frisia. Quiet cul-de-sac location, yet centrally located, for example:
three kilometers to the Ems-Park with many shopping opportunities,
three kilometers to the A33/A28 motorway with optimal coastal access,
eight kilometers to the beautiful old town/city center or Fehn route with cycling tours. The comfortably furnished holiday home with 90 sqm of living space is equipped with two bedrooms, consisting of a spacious bedroom with a double bed (an extra bed is also possible) and a small bedroom with a single bed and a 140 cm bed.
The living area and the kitchen with a separate dining area are located on the ground floor and invite you to relax with their spacious sofa. In the basement, you also have the option to use a washing machine, dryer, and a chest. The holiday home has a spacious covered terrace with a large garden that invites you to linger.
In the rear area, separated off, the property is naturally overgrown with a few trees and fenced in. Very suitable for dog lovers to let their beloved four-legged friends run free.
We have only one neighbor in the immediate vicinity, who is always happy to help with advice and assistance. The holiday apartment is located in nature with no passing cars and invites you to go for walks. Through Paddel & Pedal you have the opportunity to rent a bicycle or an e-bike (pedelec) for a day or even for a week.
The handover of the bikes takes place at the Tourist Information at Ledastraße 10 or at the Paddel & Pedal stations.
On request and for a small additional fee, delivery can also be made to your home, holiday apartment, hotel, or any conceivable (and feasible) meeting point. Enjoy relaxing hours on your own terrace or in the well-kept garden, where a grill is ready for sociable barbecues. Families benefit from a crib and high chair, so even the youngest guests are welcome. Bed linen is, of course, provided.
Practical for longer stays, and long-term tenants are also warmly welcome. The house is exclusively suitable for non-smokers and also offers a pleasant temporary home for tradespeople. Surrounded by plenty of greenery, the holiday home "Maus" invites you to leave everyday life behind and spend relaxing days with family or friends – whether it's having breakfast on the terrace, playing in the garden, or cooking together in the kitchen. Discover East Frisia at its most beautiful!

Our accommodation is located in the historic port city of Leer – the “Gateway to East Frisia,” the hospitable holiday destination with numerous leisure, recreation, and adventure opportunities. The charming old town with its small alleys, cozy cafés, and the maritime flair around the Leer harbor invites you to stroll and linger at your leisure.
The East Frisia region delights with wide landscapes, green dikes, and fresh North Sea air. From here, excursions to the East Frisian Islands such as Borkum or Norderney are also easily possible – ideal for a day by the sea.
The nearby Netherlands with the coastal region of Zeeland is also a popular destination for day trips with beautiful beaches and charming towns.
Whether cycling along the dikes, a walk at the harbor, or a trip to the sea – around Leer you will find the perfect mix of nature, coast, and North German serenity.
