Welcome to Haus Kampmann – your perfect holiday apartment at Timmendorfer Strand!
The holiday homes are modern semi-detached brick houses, staggered side by side. They are surrounded by greenery and are located in a quiet area at the end of a cul-de-sac with no through traffic. The beach can be reached in just a 3-minute walk (approx. 300 m). Each house contains 2 separate living units.
The houses have a sunny south-west orientation, as do the terraces and gardens. The holiday apartment is modern, comfortable, and cozily furnished. On 70 m², the accommodation offers space for up to 4 guests in two comfortable bedrooms. It is fully equipped and features parquet flooring in the living, dining, and sleeping areas. The light-filled living area invites you to relax with a cozy sitting area, TV, and Wi-Fi (fiber optic). The fully equipped kitchenette with oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and much more makes self-catering a pleasure. At the dining table you can enjoy meals together with a view of the greenery.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, hairdryer and washing machine. For families, a baby bed and a high chair are available. An iron provides additional comfort. In your own garden and on the furnished terrace you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air. The parking lot not far from the house offers you convenient arrival and short distances. The apartment is suitable for non-smokers only and can also be rented long-term.

In the basement there are a washing machine and dryer. An additional living area with sleeping accommodations is available in the basement of House 31. Everything can also be used by arrangement for a fee.
E-bikes can be charged free of charge in the garage.
All houses have a fiber optic connection.

The town of Timmendorfer Strand/Niendorf offers countless leisure and excursion opportunities. The nearby beach, as well as the picturesque harbor and the cliffs, invite you to take extensive walks or bike tours. Harbor cruises through the Bay of Lübeck are offered at the harbor. Both the harbor and the rest of the town have a selection of very good restaurants.

Many shopping opportunities in the town and the surrounding area leave hardly anything to be desired. A sailing school, surfing school, bicycle rental, indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, and one of the oldest and most beautiful golf courses in Germany on the picturesque cliff coast complete the overall picture. For children, a varied range of leisure activities is also offered by the spa administration. Excursion options include, for example, the nearby bird park, the Hansapark in Sierksdorf, and the underwater paradise Sealife.
