Our "Kattenhus" was built in 1926 and in 2011 two holiday apartments were renovated on the upper floor.
Our large apartment has 2 rooms and is designed for two people,
optionally, it offers sleeping accommodations for 2 additional people,
which are charged via the extra bed fee of 10 euros per person per night. Apartment and amenities:
- Living room with small kitchenette and pull-out daybed,
- Bedroom with double bed, TV & DVD player, and Wi-Fi are available.
- Bathroom, shower, and toilet.
Location:
Our house is centrally located near the beach.
The path leads over the dike and the power bridge through a shady nature reserve wetland,
directly to the sea.

Location and surroundings of object
Central, close to the beach about 500 m. The trail leads over the dike and the Stombrücke by one travelling side conservation wetland area directly to the #xD;
The wide, flat Beach, has the finest white sand, it is a paradise for young and old. The Darß is a northern peninsula, which is limited by the lagoon and is surrounded by the Baltic Sea. Here we have the long shallow North Beach and the Wild West Beach, which can be reached by bicycle through the Darßer jungle.

Very pretty, cozy holiday apartment to feel good
My husband and I, along with our dog, spent six very relaxing vacation days in the large Kattenhus apartment in October 2021. The apartment, as well as the entire house, is lovingly and individually furnished with everything you need. Definitely not just for sleeping, but also a good place for rainy or lazy hours! Not only were we greeted warmly, but our dog was clearly welcome too. There is plenty of space for two people and a dog, and if necessary, our children could have also fit in comfortably.
Thanks to the central location in Prerow, you only need the car for the arrival; there is plenty to do on-site, which can easily be reached without a car.
