This semi-detached house is located on the outskirts of Norden in a quiet cul-de-sac.
- Norddeich-Mole train station and the ferry terminals for Juist and Norderney are about a 30-35 minute walk away
- Norden train station is approx. 3 km / Beach 2.5 km / Nearest bus stop approx. 1 km / Shopping facilities 800 m / Nearest restaurant 400 m / Airport 150 km
- It takes about 10 minutes by bike to the dike and beach, about 8 minutes to the Ocean Wave wave and adventure pool, mini-golf course, and children's playhouse. - Bakery, post office, grocery stores, the Norder town center with ice cream parlors, restaurants, and sights are all within walking distance.
Arrival
Coming from the A 28 and A 31, drive to Emden. From there, follow the B 210/72 to Norden and Norddeich.
Train travelers travel to Norden station, connection by bus and on foot is possible, the most convenient is a taxi.

Norden is considered the oldest town in East Frisia. It is characterized by its typical brick buildings. Attractions for visitors include, for example, the marketplace, the pedestrian zone, the museums, and the windmills.
Norddeich (Low German: Nörddiek) is a district of Norden with just under 1,235 inhabitants, located directly on the coast (Wadden Sea, tides).
The center of Norddeich is shaped by tourism. The harbor plays an important role as the terminus of the railway as well as a ferry connection to the nearby islands of Juist and Norderney. The special distinction, North Sea spa, was awarded to Norddeich in 2010. The location and the special sea air climate are the best conditions for recreation and relaxation. In all seasons, Norden-Norddeich offers excellent opportunities for leisure activities.
