The holiday home Sunny is a spacious and lovingly furnished holiday house for up to four guests, offering 86 m² of living space with plenty of room for relaxation and restful vacation days. The pleasant atmosphere and thoughtful amenities make the house an ideal retreat for both couples and families.

The open living area forms the heart of the house. Here, a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, and the fireplace invite you to enjoy relaxing evenings, especially on cooler days. Large windows provide plenty of daylight and a pleasant living atmosphere.

The fully equipped kitchenette offers the best conditions for self-catering. In addition to an oven, dishwasher, and microwave, a kettle and two coffee machines are available – ideal for a relaxed start to the day. The adjoining dining area invites you to enjoy meals together.

The house has two separate bedrooms with comfortable beds that ensure restful nights. In the bathroom on the ground floor there is a washer-dryer, which is especially practical for longer stays or trips with a dog.
A special highlight is the bathroom on the upper floor with an infrared cabin, which offers soothing relaxation after an active day in the fresh North Sea air.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The holiday home is non-smoking and offers a pleasant, well-maintained indoor climate. Dogs are warmly welcome, so a relaxed holiday with your four-legged companion is also possible.

The well-kept garden with terrace invites you to linger outdoors. Here you can enjoy sunny hours or let the day end comfortably. For excursions in the surrounding area, 2 bicycles are available. A private parking space directly at the house provides additional comfort.

The center of Norden with cafés, restaurants, shopping opportunities, and the historic marketplace invites you to stroll. The surroundings are also ideal for bike tours through the East Frisian landscape with its wide open spaces, canals, and small villages. By car, you can easily reach destinations such as Emden and Aurich, or set off to visit other North Sea towns. Thanks to the convenient access to the beach, island harbor, and town, the location combines relaxation with short distances to the region’s main attractions.
