A paradise for swimmers, beach vacationers, anglers, canoeists or cyclists, city travelers, walkers, and all those who simply want to relax – and in winter, untouched nature and a magical retreat for cozy cuddle times with a view.
The holiday home is located in the Mecklenburg Lake District between the historic harbor city of Wismar (16 km) and the state capital Schwerin (23 km). It is an ideal starting point for visiting both cities. Here you can combine a beach or activity holiday with city tours.
Shopping facilities (Edeka, Aldi, Netto), restaurants, and everything else you need, such as doctors, pharmacy, post office, pizza service, can be found in the neighboring small town of Bad Kleinen (3 km). There is also a train station.
The cycling and hiking trail around Lake Schwerin passes right by your front door.
You can buy fresh fish from the lake just a few minutes' walk away from a traditional fisherman.

Here is the translation into English: The tenant may withdraw from the rental agreement before the start of the rental period by submitting a written declaration to the landlord. The decisive factor is the time at which the notice of withdrawal is received by the landlord. If the tenant withdraws from the rental agreement, he/she must pay a lump-sum compensation for the expenses already incurred by the landlord and for lost profits in the following amounts: Withdrawal up to the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 50%; thereafter and in case of no-show: 100%.

Last but not least: Due to bathers and playing children, it can occasionally get louder at the adjacent bathing beach, despite the otherwise quiet and beautiful location! We ask for your understanding!

Beautiful and a dream with a dog
Super great vacation apartment with a mega view of the lake! The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Kitchen very well equipped!
We felt very comfortable even though one had to work. Very good internet connection.
We can recommend it 100 percent.

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung
Wir als Familie, hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung direkt am Schweriner See. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt, alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht, war vorhanden. Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir mit einer liebevollen Aufmerksamkeit begrüßt. Diese nette Geste hat uns sofort das Gefühl gegeben, herzlich willkommen zu sein. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Vermieter, sie waren unglaublich nett, herzlich und stets bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Man merkt, dass ihnen das wohl ihre Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Die traumhafte Lage direkt am Schweriner See, die gemütliche Atmosphäre und die Gastfreundschaft haben unseren Urlaub zu etwas ganz besonderem gemacht, sogar zwei Kajaks standen uns zur Verfügung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können diese Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen ❣️ Vielen lieben Dank noch mal dafür ?

Great surroundings, beautifully furnished, perfectly equipped.
The area was simply beautiful. I took many long walks while my husband made himself comfortable on the terrace and enjoyed the lake view. A great vacation! Everything was beautifully furnished and everything was there, from dog bowls to filter bags to the milk frother (which I unfortunately discovered too late). I've never experienced anything like it. Simply indescribable.
