This lovingly designed holiday home in Alpine style is one of the few truly special places in the Via Claudia holiday village: it is one of only two houses where both bedrooms are located on the ground floor – so you can enjoy pleasantly cool retreats for sleeping even on hot summer days. A perfect holiday home for all who seek and appreciate peace, nature, a feel-good atmosphere, and short distances to lakes, mountains, and royal castles.
The two bedrooms are on the ground floor and therefore remain pleasantly cool even in the height of summer – for deep, restful sleep after an eventful vacation day.
There is also a guest toilet and the bathroom on the ground floor. All floors are tiled and equipped with underfloor heating. In the bedrooms, laminate flooring creates a warm, homely atmosphere.
Upstairs, you will find an open, light-filled living area with high-quality real wood parquet: open kitchen, dining area, and living room flow harmoniously into one another.
From here, you can enjoy the sunrise over the mountains at breakfast and let the day end comfortably on the balcony. The underfloor heating on the upper floor and the wood-burning stove create a particularly cozy atmosphere at any time of year – whether on a snowy winter evening or a fresh summer morning.
