Our exclusive holiday home is situated in a sunny location on the edge of the Via Claudia holiday village above the Lechsee lake. It offers you plenty of space for a relaxing holiday for up to 6 people (max. 4 adult guests) on 95 sqm of living space
On the ground floor you will find the modern and spacious living/dining area with open kitchen, a bedroom, the exclusively designed bathroom with shower and WC and a storage room with washing machine
In addition to the central heating in the entire house, a wood-burning stove provides a feeling of heat and a corresponding cosy warmth in winter. The atrium-like gallery and the furnishings with lots of light spruce wood throughout the holiday home also contribute to the pleasant atmosphere.
A wooden staircase leads to the open gallery on the upper floor. Here you will find another lovingly furnished bedroom. There is also a children's play corner with seating cubes, chair and children's table. For small children, a cot and a high chair are available free of charge. A pull-out couch offers you additional sleeping space
From the two terraces you have a beautiful view of the Lechsee and the Allgäu Alps, which you can enjoy on your deck chair. Other garden furniture and a Weber barbecue are also part of the equipment.

The Allgäu holiday home Sandra is located in the Via Claudia holiday village in a beautiful and unspoilt peripheral location. The holiday village is located above the Lechsee lake and is nestled between forests and meadows. It is about 3 km to Lechbruck am See. You can reach the village on a beautiful lake path
Lechbruck am See is located in the Ostallgäu, the land of mountains, castles and lakes. The village offers a good infrastructure with Bavarian beer gardens and numerous shopping opportunities as well as a variety of leisure activities. The tourism association organises guided hikes, cultural events and much more.
The countless surrounding lakes invite you to swim. A small forest bathing lake is about 300 metres from the holiday village. You can go stand-up paddling on the Lechsee. Of course, you can also hike, fish, climb mountains and cycle in the beautiful landscape. It is possible to rent a bicycle on site. A boat rental (incl. stand-up paddle), riding stables, mini-golf course, tennis courts and an 18-hole golf course complete the offer for a varied holiday
The world-famous royal castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, the Wieskirche, the Ehrenberg castle complex, Europe's longest hanging rope bridge of the highline 179 near Reutte, the romantic Füssen as well as the Zugspitze, the Ammersee and Munich can be reached quickly by car.
In winter, you can choose between well-groomed family slopes or black runs in ski areas such as Tegelberg 20 min, Pfronten and Nesselwang 30 min, Reutte 35 min, Berwang 45 min and Garmisch Partenkirchen-Zugspitz area 50 min. For cross-country skiers there are many trails (e.g. from Lechbruck to Füssen 20 km) where you can experience the snow-covered Allgäu landscape. There are also countless toboggan runs of all levels of difficulty ready for you. Two sledges are available in the holiday home. Or you can simply enjoy the snow-covered winter landscape while walking, e.g. around the Lechsee.

Pretty house with great view
We, as a couple, spent a beautiful and varied holiday in the well-equipped holiday house Sandra. The house is located with one terrace on a large meadow that leads to the forest, where we usually saw 2 deer in the evening. Something very special! On the other side, in front and behind, there is another house in close proximity, but this did not bother us at all during our stay; most of the time, there was also nobody there. It was wonderfully quiet, possibly also because only half of the houses were occupied. The proximity to the water, the large cow pastures on the other side, and the mountains on the horizon gave us a perfect Allgäu feeling. The house is comfortably furnished, the kitchen perfectly equipped, and the steep staircase takes some getting used to. There are almost endless excursion destinations, it was simply a great holiday, with the weather playing along. Highly recommended is the hike around the many idyllic mountain lakes, where it is also bearable in hot weather. Thank you very much, Mrs. Göller, for providing this cozy, clean, and lovingly equipped house!

Simply great
Great house. Everything you need on board. Stable wifi. Good overall equipment. Everything intact. Very clean. Nice landlords. We were also lucky with the weather. We did great hikes. Culinary delights were also first class. Hearty Bavarian cuisine at its best. We were there in a convivial group of three men from 10.11. to 13.11. 2022. We will do it again next year.

Wonderful holiday in the Allgäu
The beautiful holiday home is very well equipped and the peripheral location in the holiday village is perfect for a relaxing holiday. We didn't miss anything in the furnishings. Everything is modern and clean. The view of the lake and the mountains from the terrace invites you to linger. At the same time, there is a lot to do in the surrounding area. The service with the landlady was very good. We will be happy to come back.
