We (5 people, including 3 children aged between 9 and 13 years) had an excellent holiday at the holiday home Stephan in Lechbruck. The holiday home Stephan is located in a small holiday village with newly built holiday homes in Bavarian style on the outskirts. It is one of the few holiday homes that can also be booked directly with the landlord, and this – compared to the other houses – at a very fair price. The equipment can be described as upscale, very comprehensive, and in very good condition. You can tell that the landlord has put a lot of love into the details and continues to do so. The location of the house can be described as excellent. Lechbruck is located in the middle of the Allgäu. You can quickly reach Füssen, and in the southwest direction, for example, Oberstdorf can also be easily reached, as well as Garmisch-Partenkirchen and the Zugspitze in the southeast direction. The cleanliness upon our arrival was impeccable, making us feel right at home. Our landlord, Mr. Niemetz, was always reachable via email and phone despite being on his own vacation and was always able to provide competent assistance with any questions. The arrival process is also very flexible thanks to a key safe. We can wholeheartedly recommend this holiday home and will happily do so to our relatives and acquaintances. We, as a couple, spent a beautiful and varied holiday in the well-equipped holiday house Sandra. The house is located with one terrace on a large meadow that leads to the forest, where we usually saw 2 deer in the evening. Something very special! On the other side, in front and behind, there is another house in close proximity, but this did not bother us at all during our stay; most of the time, there was also nobody there. It was wonderfully quiet, possibly also because only half of the houses were occupied. The proximity to the water, the large cow pastures on the other side, and the mountains on the horizon gave us a perfect Allgäu feeling. The house is comfortably furnished, the kitchen perfectly equipped, and the steep staircase takes some getting used to. There are almost endless excursion destinations, it was simply a great holiday, with the weather playing along. Highly recommended is the hike around the many idyllic mountain lakes, where it is also bearable in hot weather. Thank you very much, Mrs. Göller, for providing this cozy, clean, and lovingly equipped house!

To describe our holiday, I must first say that you can see a lot in the area, Lechbruck is a very beautiful place and the area invites you to many excursions. However, the apartment is unfortunately very worn, the bathroom should be thoroughly renovated (mould, etc.) it does not invite you to linger. The kitchen furniture is just like the bathroom furniture old and partly broken. The bedroom was okay and our boys' room was okay too, we slept very well. Our patio door was broken, to get to our patio we had to walk around the outside. All in all the apartment was a nice size and if the landlord takes it to heart and makes the improvement, a very nice stay is possible there.
