On the ground floor of the villa, there is a spacious and modern living room with a sofa bed that can sleep one extra person, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, a bathroom, and a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The house is fully air-conditioned.
On the first floor, there are three comfortable bedrooms with king-size double beds, each featuring a private en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and a TV. Two of the bedrooms have access to a balcony, ideal for enjoying morning coffee or beautiful sunsets with a sea view. The villa has a total of 4 bathrooms.
The outdoor area of the villa spans a landscaped plot of 1,000 m2 and offers everything needed for a carefree outdoor stay. Guests have access to a private 35 m2 swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, an outdoor barbecue for evening gatherings, as well as a children's playground with a slide and a swing, and table football that will delight both children and adults.
Villa Rosignola can accommodate up to 6 + 1 persons and is located in an excellent position near the sea and the city of Pula. The property is fully fenced, and guests have 4 private parking spaces at their disposal. A grocery store and restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity, making the villa an ideal choice for a carefree family holiday or a stay with friends.
