Located in a quiet area of Pula, in the Štinjan district, Villa Rosignola is the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday in a modern and comfortable setting. Already from the terrace of the villa there is a beautiful sea view, which is only 1 km away. On the ground floor there is a spacious and modernly furnished living room with a sofa bed for two additional people, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a bathroom, as well as a separate storage room with washing machine and dryer. The house is fully air-conditioned.
On the first floor there are three comfortable bedrooms with king-size double beds. Each has its own bathroom (en suite), air conditioning, and a television. Two bedrooms have access to a balcony, ideal for enjoying morning coffee or beautiful sunsets with sea views. In total, the villa has 4 bathrooms.
The outdoor area extends over a well-maintained plot of 1000 m² and offers everything for a carefree stay outdoors. Guests have access to a private pool of 35 m², surrounded by loungers and sun umbrellas, an outdoor grill for sociable evenings, as well as a children's playground with a slide and swing, and a foosball table – for the enjoyment of children and adults alike.
Villa Rosignola accommodates up to 6 + 2 people and is located in an excellent location near the sea and the town of Pula. The property is fully fenced and 4 private parking spaces are available. A grocery store and restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity, making the villa the ideal choice for a carefree family holiday or a stay with friends.
