The spacious living area with its open-plan living and dining area and integrated kitchen invites you to linger together. From the living room, you have direct access to the spacious balcony, which is furnished with sun loungers and an inviting dining table - here you can enjoy your coffee with a view of the Garmisch mountains.

Two lovingly furnished bedrooms offer a retreat and comfortable sleeping space. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed, an additional single bed, TV and a private bathroom with shower. Here you also have access to the small north-west facing balcony - ideal for catching the last rays of the evening sun.
