The flat "BergIdylle 2" is located in a new building complex with a total of one other holiday flat as well as four private flats. This gem is located on the 1st floor and can be reached either by lift or stairs.
In addition to the high-quality furniture, the living room offers a fireplace as a special extra - a crackling fire in winter, who wouldn't be warmed by that? While one part of the family puts their feet up, the other part can let off steam in the open kitchen. State-of-the-art technology makes the heart of every hobby cook beat faster. The kitchen is fully equipped. In addition to the oven, you also have a steamer! Make your morning smoothie in the high-quality stand mixer or use the Nespresso machine for the perfect start to the day!
Then take a seat at the large dining table. There is room here for all your travel companions!
The bathroom is very spacious and offers a corner bathtub as well as a large level shower separately. Towel dryer and hairdryer are also available. The underfloor heating provides pleasant warmth not only in the bathroom but throughout the entire flat!
A separate toilet is also available.
Both bedrooms have access to the balcony as well as two comfortable beds and enough storage space in the wardrobes!
From the all-round balcony you have a breathtaking view of the mountains. Here you can enjoy hours of sunshine outside! The entire flat has electric shutters. You decide when the sun's rays are allowed to wake you up!
The house has a free underground parking space, a ski room, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, and WiFi! Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. A baby travel cot can be booked for a fee of 25 euros (one-time fee)!

Sehr angenehm! Tipp: Einige kleinere Dinge müssten noch angeschafft werden, so z.Bsp.: Schuhlöffel, Ablage für Schuhe, Brotkörbchen, natürlich noch Wandschmuck. Ein Telefon wäre wünschenswert.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Leider ist die Lage in der Nähe der vielbefahrenen Zugspitzstraße nicht optimal. Wir konnten nur bei geschlossenem Fenster schlafen. Zusätzlich fing dann in der zweiten Wochenhälfte ein Bagger auf dem Nachbargrundstück zu arbeiten an....

Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sie befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zustand und entspricht den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Nur die etwas harten Betten mag nicht jeder. Durch den umlaufenden Balkon hat man einen sehr schönen Blick auf alle Berge rings herum. Trotz des neuen Vorderhauses hat man auch einen schönen Blick auf die Alpspitz. Schade, dass derzeit durch eine Baustelle in der Nähe ein Kran im Blickfeld steht (aber nicht auf dem Grundstück). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder kommen. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich ganz in der Nähe. In gut 15 Minuten ist man auch zu Fuß in der Stadtmitte von Garmisch. Ein Bäcker ist auch neben dem Norma Markt ganz in der Nähe. Die Abwicklung mit dem Team von Alpenferienwohnungen.de war professionell und einfach.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit Bergblick Superschöne Wohnung mit toller Ausstattung und herrlichem Balkon Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich so wünscht. Auch Geschirr ist ausreichend vorhanden. Da wir ohne Auto angereist waren, war es ideal, dass eine Haltestelle in der Nähe ist und auch eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist gut zu erreichen. Auch der Service der Ferienwohnungsvermietung war ausgezeichnet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und die Wohnung hat dazu beigetragen. Diese war mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt, sehr komfortabel, sauber. Ein riesiger Balkon auf welchem man den ganzen Tag Sonne und den Blick auf die Alpspitz, Kreutzspitz und auch die Zugspitze. Einfach toll. Ein wenig schade ist, das gerade genau vor dem Haus ein weiteres gebaut wird und dadurch der Blick eingeschränkter ist, aber wie beschrieben immer noch die Berge sichtbar sind. Man benötigt kein Auto für die Nähe Umgebung, Bushaltestelle ist vor dem Haus quasi. Man kann von hier aus kostenfrei mit der Kurkarte Richtung Zugspitze oder in die Innenstadt, Dank, Bahnhof fahren. Aber auch gelaufen ist man in 10-15 Minuten in der Stadt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietungsagentur war einwandfrei. Wir kommen gern wieder. Danke

Grossartig Wir sind ohne große Erwartung hierher gekommen und wurde weit übertroffen ! Die Ferienwohnung ist neu und hochwertig ausgestattet, hat einen sensationellen Blick auf die Alpen, vor allem aber auf Zugspitze ! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und die Unterstützung durch Frau Woynowski und ihr Team war ebenfalls professionell und freundlich. Man kann sein Auto in die Tiefgarage parken und hat direkten Zugang zum Haus mit Lift. Die Wohnung ist im 1. OG gelegen und hat einen riesigen Balkon, der die gesamte Wohnung umfasst. Außerdem gibt es eine große Eckbadewanne, ein Gäste-WC und 2 Schlafzimmer. Die Küche ist offen, man hat beim Kochen dadurch direkten Blick in den Esszimmer- und Wohnbereich, neuste Geräte von MIELE, sowie ein Hightech Induktionsfeld und Dunstabzug. Sowohl vom Esstisch, als auch vom Balkontisch kann man auf die Zugspitze sehen. EINFACH GROSSARTIG. Die Lage ist ebenfalls optimal denn man kann tolle Restaurants und die Stadt fußläufig erreichen. Bergldylle is an excellent apartment for your holidays. Extremely comfortable and very nicely decorated. Very well positioned for all the activities going on around Garmisch. We have really enjoyed our weeks holiday & would repeat!!!!
