This stylish and lovingly furnished first floor apartment offers on two floors and over 100 sqm enough space to relax, linger, discover, play and enjoy.
On the first floor, the heart of the apartment is a large living and dining area with open kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling windows let plenty of light into the apartment and let you look out into the greenery. The whole family comes together effortlessly at the large dining table.
The living area with comfortable sofa and armchairs invites you to put your feet up. Thanks to flat-screen TV, entertainment is also provided here at any time.
The modern kitchen is equipped with all utensils and kitchen appliances, so that even cooking enthusiasts will want for nothing. Dishwasher, oven, stove and a refrigerator with freezer compartment are also available.
On the ground floor there is also one of the two bathrooms with shower, as well as one of the bedrooms. These are each equipped with cozy box spring double bed, spacious closet and private flat screen TV.
The terrace, equipped with patio set and deck chairs, is completely covered and, together with the adjacent garden area, offers you a cozy place in the fresh air, plenty of sun and a wonderful view of the Alpspitze.
A staircase leads to the basement, where you will find another bathroom with shower and washer-dryer, as well as the second bedroom, and a children's room. Particularly practical is the second apartment entrance, from which you can easily reach the underground garage. A spacious wardrobe here offers space for shoes, ski and hiking gear.
In the children's room there is also a large closet, as well as two single beds, each of which can be pulled out to provide additional sleeping accommodation. A flat-screen TV provides entertainment and a separate play corner makes children's hearts beat faster.
The rooms in the basement also have floor-to-ceiling French doors, allowing daylight into the rooms. Especially in summer it is pleasantly cool here. An automatic ventilation system guarantees a good indoor climate in the entire apartment and the underfloor heating ensures warm feet even at low temperatures.
Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment. Here, with consideration for the other residents, smoking is not allowed even on the terrace.
There is a parking space for your car in the underground garage. This is also equipped with a charging station for electric cars.
In the basement there is also a communal storage room for bicycles, as well as a communal drying room where you can lock up and safely store your ski or hiking equipment thanks to its own heated locker.

Diese Ferienwohnung können wir wirklich empfehlen! Wir waren mit unseren erwachsenen Söhnen und ihren Freundinnen für eine Woche über Silvester da und es war wunderbar! Die Betten waren bequem, es war warm, es war alles da, was man brauchte und sogar mehr, die Kommunikation mit dem Team war extrem unkompliziert und hilfreich, man hat uns schon im Vorfeld so gut informiert, dass wir genau wussten, was wir mitbringen müssen und was uns erwartet. Der Zugang zum Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist natürlich top, Bus und Rewe sind auch sehr nah und es war in dieser Woche auch sehr ruhig. Wir waren wirklich sehr glücklich. Ach ja, und durch das Leben auf zwei Etagen konnte man sich auch ein wenig aus dem Weg gehen. Das ist sehr entspannt, wenn die jungen Leute z.B. gerne ihre Ruhe haben wollten. Oder wir. Die Trocknerfunktion des Waschtrockners haben wir nicht richtig nutzen können, aber in den Bädern ist auch so alles schnell getrocknet. Ach, und wenn man am Bett noch sein Handy aufladen möchte ohne seine Nachttischlampe immer auszustöpseln, empfiehlt es sich Mehrfachstecken mitzubringen. Tolle Ferienwohnung Eine wirklich sehr schöne, große, moderne und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Toll, dass es auch einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz dazu gibt. Lage passt auch gut.

A very spacious apartment with great facilities. There is a lot of toys for children. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms are very well insulated against noise from outside and inside. Overall a highly recommended accommodation with its own terrace and garden and a view of the Alpspitz. The city center is easily reachable on foot, supermarkets are just around the corner. We will be happy to come back.
