Welcome to the holiday home Seestern 178 in Julianadorp aan Zee – your retreat for a relaxing vacation on the Dutch coast. The detached house offers 66 m² of space for up to 6 guests plus an infant and impresses with a well-designed layout: one bedroom with a double bed ensures restful nights, another bedroom has 2 single beds, and the third bedroom has a bunk bed, while the modern bathroom with shower, toilet, hairdryer, and washing machine completes everyday comfort. Next to it is a separate and newly renovated additional toilet (renovation to be completed by the end of February 2026). The open living area invites you to relaxed evenings with a fireplace. For entertainment, there is a TV with DVD player, and thanks to Wi-Fi you are always connected.
The fully equipped kitchenette (will be completely renovated by March) features a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartments, combination oven, induction cooktop, a coffee machine, a Thermomix, and everything you need for cooking. A charcoal grill is available for sociable hours outdoors – enjoy your meal in your own garden while the children play on the lawn. The house is suitable exclusively for non-smokers and offers a pleasant atmosphere with easy-to-clean flooring. With ample space, a fully fenced garden, a large parking space directly at the house, practical amenities, and proximity to the dunes and the beach, Seestern 178 is ideal for families, couples, or small groups. Dogs are also very welcome. Look forward to unforgettable vacation days in an environment that combines relaxation and comfort! We provide bicycles and a handcart free of charge; use is at your own risk and we cannot guarantee their suitability. There is also a washing machine on site, for which we assume no liability!

Holiday home in Julianadorp aan Zee: only a few steps from the beach and the dunes! Ground-level bungalow located in a quiet side street. In the north of North Holland, nestled in tulip fields, lies Julianadorp aan Zee, directly behind the dunes of the North Sea. Julianadorp is characterized by beautiful sandy beaches with a wide dune belt, colorful flower fields, and romantic small villages.
In Julianadorp you will find a very good infrastructure. The covered shopping center De Riepel provides the best service with special retailers. The place belongs to the municipality of Den Helder. The hinterland with its colorful flower fields, old windmills, and dreamy little harbors has much to see. The distances are about 2 km to the shopping center and town center, 5 km to Den Helder (from there a ferry goes to Texel), 30 km to Alkmaar, and 100 km to Amsterdam. The bungalow park is located directly by the dunes. The complex includes a soccer and playground with raft and zip line, a small animal enclosure, café/restaurant with terrace and mini golf, and bread roll service. In addition, the park has a laundromat, a dog washing station, and bicycle, handcart, and go-kart rentals.

Towels, dish towels, and bed linen must be brought along. These can be rented for a fee at the Bungalowpark Strandslag. This also applies to a baby bed!

Perfectly successful vacation
We were surprised and hadn't seen any current photos beforehand; it was lovingly renovated and newly furnished, and we felt completely comfortable. The children and we missed nothing; the kitchen is equipped with everything one can imagine and even more. The children had a lot to discover. With the 2 toilets, there were never any discussions. It is quite certain, we will come back and exactly to this house :-) thank you very much for the great, relaxing vacation in which you were significantly involved.
