Welcome to the holiday home Seestern 178 in Julianadorp aan Zee – your retreat for a relaxing vacation on the Dutch coast. The detached house offers 66 m² of space for up to 6 guests plus an infant and impresses with a well-designed layout: one bedroom with a double bed ensures restful nights, another bedroom has 2 single beds, and the third bedroom has a bunk bed, while the modern bathroom with shower, toilet, hairdryer, and washing machine completes everyday comfort. Next to it is a separate and newly renovated additional toilet (renovation to be completed by the end of February 2026). The open living area invites you to relaxed evenings with a fireplace. For entertainment, there is a TV with DVD player, and thanks to Wi-Fi you are always connected.
The fully equipped kitchenette (will be completely renovated by March) features a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartments, combination oven, induction cooktop, a coffee machine, a Thermomix, and everything you need for cooking. A charcoal grill is available for sociable hours outdoors – enjoy your meal in your own garden while the children play on the lawn. The house is suitable exclusively for non-smokers and offers a pleasant atmosphere with easy-to-clean flooring. With ample space, a fully fenced garden, a large parking space directly at the house, practical amenities, and proximity to the dunes and the beach, Seestern 178 is ideal for families, couples, or small groups. Dogs are also very welcome. Look forward to unforgettable vacation days in an environment that combines relaxation and comfort! We provide bicycles and a handcart free of charge; use is at your own risk and we cannot guarantee their suitability. There is also a washing machine on site, for which we assume no liability!

Holiday home in Julianadorp aan Zee: only a few steps from the beach and the dunes! Ground-level bungalow located in a quiet side street. In the north of North Holland, nestled in tulip fields, lies Julianadorp aan Zee, directly behind the dunes of the North Sea. Julianadorp is characterized by beautiful sandy beaches with a wide dune belt, colorful flower fields, and romantic small villages.
In Julianadorp you will find a very good infrastructure. The covered shopping center De Riepel provides the best service with special retailers. The place belongs to the municipality of Den Helder. The hinterland with its colorful flower fields, old windmills, and dreamy little harbors has much to see. The distances are about 2 km to the shopping center and town center, 5 km to Den Helder (from there a ferry goes to Texel), 30 km to Alkmaar, and 100 km to Amsterdam. The bungalow park is located directly by the dunes. The complex includes a soccer and playground with raft and zip line, a small animal enclosure, café/restaurant with terrace and mini golf, and bread roll service. In addition, the park has a laundromat, a dog washing station, and bicycle, handcart, and go-kart rentals.

Super
Wir können das Ferienhaus und Fam. Dederichs nur weiterempfehlen. Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt was man brauchte. Schön mit dem eingezäunten Garten so konnte sich unser Hund frei bewegen.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Pure relaxation
We had a very great and relaxing vacation in a clean, renovated bungalow. We lacked nothing. The bungalow is really nicely located in the park and yet you can reach the beach in a few minutes. Thanks to the completely fenced garden, our dog was allowed to run free. The communication with the Dederichs family was very friendly. Already during our vacation, we booked for next year and are looking forward to ....

Great vacation
Very nice landlords, communication was great, everything worked perfectly. The house is wonderful, equipped with everything you need. Everything is well organized, quiet location further back in the park on a side street; parking right by the house; the garden is nicely sheltered. Since dogs are not allowed at the back neighbor's, we had absolute peace. The beach is just a stone's throw away, everything is easily accessible on foot through the small paths in the park. We felt at home during the little break and will definitely come back. We are already looking forward to the new bathroom next year :-)

Great bungalow in the best location
We, two adults with a dog, had a wonderful time in North Holland. Here you feel right at home, the bungalow is beautiful, furnished and renovated with a lot of love for detail. The bungalow has significantly more comfort than what we are used to from other holiday homes. New, very comfortable mattresses rounded off the feel-good program. If our children were still small, they would be delighted with the great children's rooms. The garden is completely fenced, you have your privacy here, and due to the location in a cul-de-sac, there is no traffic. We were within 10 minutes on foot at the beach. We could use the provided bikes to go horseback riding and fishing. Both the bungalow and the entire park are very clean and well-maintained. The Dederichs family provided us with advice in advance! Thank you very much, we will definitely come back!

Great location with cozy bungalow
Our first vacation in North Holland - We received a smooth key handover and briefing, everything was described and explained very well in advance. It was very clean and tidy. We felt completely comfortable in the house. It offers everything you need and leaves nothing to be desired. The contact with our landlords was very warm and friendly. The garden is very cozy and beautifully designed, you are central yet have enough privacy. The park was also very clean and structured. Our conclusion - We will come back!!! Since 2020, we have regularly spent our holidays in the Strandslag bungalow park and simply love everything here.
