The detached holiday home, built in 1970 and renovated in 2025, is furnished in a rustic, functional style typical of the region. The property is located in a residential area. The residence is popular due to the view of the woods from the property and its quiet, sunny hillside location on the edge of the forest. This holiday property is a family-friendly and romantic accommodation. For exclusive use are available: lawn for sunbathing, terrace and garden furniture. +++ There is no TV set available in this accommodation. +++.

Bad Aussee, district Bad Aussee, 800 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 1500 sqm open garden plot with lawn. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a mountain road (asphalted, length 200 m). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking (for 2 cars) on the property and on the street in front of the house. Turning possibility approx. 20 m above the accommodation in the hairpin bend. It is advantageous to turn around beforehand and only then park.

Electric heating. The tiled stove in the living room can be used. A flat fee for firewood applies for use. Internet access (Wi-Fi), washing machine and tumble dryer. ### THERE IS NO TV SET IN THIS PROPERTY!!! ###.

The entrance to your holiday home is on the raised ground floor and leads up 20 steps and across the terrace directly into the hallway with cloakroom. Access is from the car park via a slope (partly with steps).
Ground floor: Cellar (20 sqm, not heated) with storage for skis, bicycles, etc., with direct access to the south-facing terrace.
Raised ground floor: Living room (10 sqm, walkthrough room) with seating area, tiled stove and dining area (4 seats). 2 bedrooms each (10 sqm) with 1 double bed. Kitchen (5 sqm) with electric hob (4 rings), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom (5 sqm) with washing machine, tumble dryer, shower, 1 washbasin, hairdryer and window.
