This inviting Tyrolean wooden chalet combines cosy alpine charm with modern comforts. Nestled in the Kitzbühel Alps at an altitude of 828 metres, it features underfloor heating, wooden floors and a private, enclosed garden for peaceful moments outdoors. Guests also have access to the nearby relaxation area (100 metres) in the main building, which is equipped with a sauna, infrared cabin and pool table for relaxation and leisure activities.
The house is designed for both comfort and functionality. A spacious living and dining room with satellite TV and DVD player opens onto a sunny terrace with garden furniture. The well-equipped kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine and toaster – ideal for preparing family meals. Step outside and discover the beauty of the Wildschönau Valley. The chalet is located near the Waldrandweg trail (200 m), panoramic hiking trails and the Franziskusweg adventure trail (800 m). With over 300 km of marked hiking trails, the region is a paradise for hikers and Nordic walking enthusiasts. Families can visit the Salvenaland Hopfgarten leisure park with its swimming lake, just 10 km away, or discover the varied landscape from heathland to alpine climbs.
