Modern and tastefully furnished in a maritime style, we offer you a quiet domicile for 2-3 people (2 adults plus 1 small child) on the ground floor with free WLAN high-speed internet, your own sunny terrace and patio furniture as well as your own parking space directly at the flat.
The flat has a living room with modern, bright sofa set, flat screen TV, internet radio, open-plan fitted kitchen with adjoining dining area, 1 separate bedroom with comfortable bed (two mattresses each 90 x 200), a folding cot, a baby cot, modern shower room with washing machine and a hallway.
Bicycles can be stored on the terrace.

The holiday home is located in a dead-end street with little traffic. It is a 7-minute walk to the beautiful Hemmelsdorfer See lake. The sea, beach, centre and shopping facilities of Timmendorfer Strand and Ratekau are only 3 km away.
Only 3 km from the Baltic Sea, so close enough if you are looking for the hustle and bustle and far enough away if you want to enjoy the peace and quiet not far from the idyllic Hemmelsdorfer See.
The municipality of Timmendorfer Strand, "the pearl of the Baltic Sea", is made up of the communities of Groß Timmendorf, Niendorf (with its sports and fishing harbour) and the idyllic fishing village of Hemmelsdorf on Lake Hemmelsdorf.
Situated south of the Bay of Lübeck, Timmendorfer Strand is easily accessible via the A 1 motorway (Ratekau/Timmendorfer Strand exit) or via the B 76 Eutin-Travemünde. By train, you stop directly in Timmendorfer Strand on the route between Hamburg, Lübeck, Neustadt and Puttgarden.

thank you very much for your hospitality, which was more than familiar. I have never slept better and more relaxed than with you and felt so comfortable. Coco enjoyed the trip of a lifetime with you and already misses his morning routine of greeting you :)

We are the Hübner family and have had the great fortune of living here in Schleswig-Holstein between two seas for more than twenty years. The Hemmelsdorfer See lake in the immediate vicinity is the icing on the cake. Our children were allowed to attend a school in Timmendorfer Strand with a view over the Bay of Lübeck. A dream, isn't it ;-) We are happy to share this happiness with you and always welcome you. Here in the immediate vicinity of the Baltic Sea in the midst of fields and meadows we ourselves come to rest and if we are looking for the hustle and bustle, we are in the centre of Timmendorfer Strand within a few minutes.
