The holiday flat is located in a quiet location on the outskirts of Timmendorfer Strand. The non-smoking flat is
cosy and lovingly furnished.
It consists of a bedroom, living room with sofa bed, open kitchen, hallway, full bathroom with shower and washing machine and a storage room.
The large balcony is furnished with a table, 2 chairs, a bench and a lounger. Additionally an awning.
Bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200), large wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, valet and chair.

No spices in the kitchen.
Renovated in April 2020.

Good with minus points

I liked the flat overall. In contrast to the offer at myostsee.de - was surprised when I got a reply from myostsee.de when I sent a booking request to Ms Becker - there are no pictures of the bathroom here and the description of the equipment is also slightly different. Speaking of the bathroom: Unfortunately, the bathtub - whose semicircular bottom is very slippery - lacks a non-slip insert; okay, of course it would have to be cleaned or replaced every time, but it would significantly reduce the risk of accidents
Two small things on the side: the water tap in the kitchen is difficult to turn and the fridge is set too cold from an energy-saving point of view; ice crystals are already forming in the freezer compartment
I did find the parking space belonging to the flat, but I would recommend that the numbers in the car park be changed. Most of them are hardly recognisable
I can't give it a category, because for a beach holiday the way from the flat to the beach is too far for people who are not so good on foot, and other categories don't fit anyway
I liked it and would recommend the flat to others with these drawbacks.

The apartment was overall nicely decorated, but the cleaning service seems to have just quickly wiped through so it smells fresh. Every day we found dirt and filth and now no one believes us and accuses us of lying, that it was ourselves? 60 euros for final cleaning is clearly too much and I would like to have the money back!!!
