The beautiful Finca Sila is located in a quiet area near Santanyí in the sunny south of Mallorca. The charming house offers 180 m² of living space for up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms. Amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, underfloor heating, washing machine, and fly screens on the windows. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living and dining area with satellite TV, comfortable sofas, and access to the covered terrace. The fully equipped kitchen offers a gas and ceramic hob, oven, and dishwasher. One bedroom and a bathroom are also located on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are two further bedrooms – one of them with access to the large balcony and wonderful views over the countryside as far as Santanyí. The outdoor area is a highlight: a large pool (10 × 5 m) with comfortable steps, sun loungers, and a covered terrace invite you to relax. The finca is located exactly between Santanyi and Cala Llombards. Cala Llombards is a beautiful small place by the sea and offers two of the most beautiful beaches on the southeast coast: Cala Llombards and Calo des Moro. In the season (from May to October), the place offers a small supermarket with freshly baked bread daily (also on Sundays). In addition, there is a bar 'sa torre' for snacks and a beach bar at Cala Llombards as well as the restaurant of the only hostal in town. Larger shopping facilities as well as pharmacies, doctors, restaurants, boutiques, etc. can be found in the nearby, beautiful Santanyi. There, a popular weekly market also takes place every Wednesday and Saturday.
