Description

You enter the Finn cabin no. 3 in the living and dining area. Here you will find a comfortable corner couch, a small table, an armchair, a TV cabinet with board games and the LED - TV, as well as a dining table with a corner bench and chairs. In the kitchen area there are small cupboards, a mini kitchen with two hotplates, a sink and a fridge with freezer compartment. Furthermore, you will find a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee maker. The bathroom is also on the ground floor and is equipped with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. You reach the upper floor via a narrow space-saving staircase. This staircase is not lockable from either access. Upstairs you will find a bedroom with two single beds and two wardrobes built into the sloping roof. Behind this room is the second bedroom, which can be closed with a door. There are two single beds. In the cold season, the holiday home is heated with a modern electric ceramic heater. In front of the house is a large wooden terrace with garden furniture, a parasol and a barbecue. In an outbuilding with a social room, joint events can be planned with the owners or other guests. There is a car parking space for you on the property.

Location and surroundings of object

The holiday home is a Finn cottage. It stands with two other Finn cabins, an outbuilding with a lounge and the owners' home on a 3600 m² exposed plot. In the garden there is a table tennis table and playground equipment for children to play on. The bathing area at Lake Dabel is only 500 m away. A large meadow borders the property
Rental bicycles and a fishing boat are available.
A large fire bowl and the smoker can be used free of charge. The village of Dabel is located on the "Mecklenburg Lake District", in the "Sternberger Seenlandschaft" nature park. Here you can relax in the hilly, forest and lake-rich nature, while hiking, cycling, sunbathing and swimming, playing mini golf or horseback riding from your everyday stress. You can plan tours on the "Klein Pritzer See" with the hotel's own rowing boat and with two canoes. The owners also offer carriage rides. You are welcome to bring your own horse. Guest boxes and a large paddock, for the accommodation of your favourite, are available nearby. Shopping facilities are available in the village, 1000 m away. The next restaurant is 200 m away. You can also visit Sternberg with its old half-timbered houses in the historic town centre, as well as the Slavic castle, the archaeological open-air museum Groß Raden or the Dobbertin monastery. The Hanseatic city of Wismar, the surrounding Baltic Sea resorts, Waren Müritz, the cultural city of Güstrow or the state capital Schwerin are all within an hour's drive and worth at least a day trip.

Addiction risk?

We were allowed to spend 2 weeks of vacation here in the best weather. The Aulichs are not just landlords; they are passionate hosts ❤️‍? ! The cabins are excellently furnished, with many everyday items that you would have to buy elsewhere already provided here. We felt comfortable right away and were able to explore the surroundings. The Aulichs are discreet in the background, but if you have questions or problems, they are immediately there to help. We saw quite a bit in Rostock, Schwerin (Zoo? ), Sternberg, Wismar, Lübeck, Dobbertin, Woserin and Dabel, have bathed, fished and celebrated, played badminton and table tennis, admired the starry sky and realized that 2 weeks go by far too quickly!
Thank you very much for the wonderful time!

Absolutely recommended

We spent a wonderful vacation with the Aulich family and were able to relax very well. The landlords are very friendly and helpful. The Finnish cottage was very clean and furnished with a lot of love (for detail). Nothing was missing. The provided bicycles were in very good condition. Even though the weather didn't always cooperate, we explored the beautiful area on foot, by bike, and by canoe. The 2 weeks went by far too quickly.

Very beautiful holiday

We felt very comfortable here. The house was lovingly furnished and everything was available (towels, spices, candles, kitchen utensils, etc.). The landlords are very nice and helpful and had many tips for excursions in store. The Baltic Sea and other sights are max. 1 hour away by car. The lakes in the surrounding area are very nice to reach on foot or by bike. The campfire evening was a successful ending for us. We would have liked to stay longer and will definitely come again.

Great vacation

Beautiful little houses in the middle of nature. The landlord is always nice and friendly, fulfills all wishes, and has many tips for excursions. We had a great evening by the campfire with singing and requested music. We can only recommend it and will definitely come back again.

Ultimate relaxation vacation

Super nice cabin, with everything you need. The compound and the surroundings invite you to relax. The Aulich family are very nice and friendly landlords, and try to make your stay as pleasant as possible. It worked wonderfully for us.

Erholung pur

We were greeted by geese, cranes, deer in the meadow directly behind the cabin, and by two very lovable hosts who took care of us with dedication throughout the entire 2 weeks of our vacation, organizing a carriage ride, providing us with smoked trout, and many valuable tips for experiences included. Thank you again for that! The area is beautiful, you can do something different every day, and if you feel like it, you can simply spend the whole day at the lake. We are looking forward to next time!

Exciting holiday for the whole family

We had a great week in Dabel with the Aulich family. Our Finnish cottage was clean and cozy. Despite the fluctuating weather, we were able to do a lot, as the area has many interesting sights to offer, which can be reached either with the provided bicycles or by short car journeys. It is worth noting that the Aulich family really thinks about what else you could experience. Therefore, they organized a great ride for us on a very rainy day in a covered carriage (highly recommended). The Aulich family makes a great effort to fulfill all wishes and advise the vacationers.

We would definitely come back to see what we couldn't visit in a week due to lack of time and to enjoy the hospitality of the Aulich family once again.

Super great vacation

We had a wonderful active time in Dabel. There are so many possibilities like cycling, relaxing, or kayaking, and of course letting your soul dangle with the hosts' rowboat on the beautiful lake. The accommodation is very beautiful, clean, and excellently located for excursions or simply observing deer. We will not forget the evenings by the fire with a guitar, and Schwerin is worth a visit. And don't forget the private GDR Museum. The area and the dear hosts are indescribable. We will come back.

Always worth a vacation!!!!

We had a super great holiday with the Aulich family. We would like to thank them once again for their hospitality and kindness. My daughter still talks about the wonderful holiday she had. The holiday home is in very good condition and has a quiet location, and the property is well maintained. If you don't feel like cooking or grilling, you can eat very well at the "blauer Bock" just opposite the property. The holiday with the Aulich family is highly recommended. We will definitely come back for another vacation with them. Thank you very much.

Vicinity of the holiday home: top ruhige Lage und alles super mit Fahrrad zu erreichen und zu erkunden.

free time activities: viele angrenzende Seen, die leicht mit dem Fahrrad erreichtbar sind. Auch mit dem Auto konnte man schnell viele Atraktionen erreichen, wie z.B. Draisine fahren oder Paddeln. Wirklich nur zu empfehlen.

shopping facilities: täglich frische Brötchen, konnte man sich jeden Morgen holen. Es gab auch einen kleinen Tante Emma Laden in Dabel. Ansonsten ist Sternberg maximal nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Alles gut zu erreichen.
