Description
The 60-square-metre holiday flat is accessible via a separate entrance. After parking your car in front of the accommodation, you first enter the garden area to get to the covered terrace
From here you can reach the veranda. It offers space for several people on a small corner bench and is suitable for taking meals. From the veranda you have a view of the garden area.
The kitchen and living area, the staircase to the upper floor and the bathroom are located on the ground floor.
The open kitchen is equipped with a kitchenette. Here you will find a full cooker with ceramic hob. Furthermore, a coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle and an egg boiler are integrated in the kitchen area. Enough crockery and cutlery are of course available.
The rustic living room is separated by a counter with bar stools. Here you will find a sophisticated library, a flat screen TV with satellite reception, a couch with two armchairs and a coffee table.
The WC is furnished as new. It is equipped with a shower cabin, a washstand and of course a toilet. There are also cupboards for storing towels and washing utensils.
Via a maritime staircase, you then enter the newly renovated upper floor of the holiday flat. A small hallway then leads you to the sleeping area and the walk-in wardrobe opposite.
The bedroom is equipped with a newly made double bed, a small sitting area and another made-up bed. It would be possible to add a travel cot.
The outdoor area of the holiday flat is connected to a garden. Here you can relax at the small garden pond with appropriate fountain and watercourse. A seating area with a Hollywood swing is also available. The seat cushions for it are in the separate shed.
The garden is spacious and surrounded by a hedge about three metres high. Here you can relax and enjoy your privacy. Of course you can have a barbecue.
You can park your car directly in front of the property, and any bicycles you may have brought with you can be parked on the property.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home in 19406 Dabel, Wilhelm-Pieck-Str. 53a previously served as a residential house. For personal reasons, I have rebuilt it as a functional and cosy house. I deliberately chose the rustic style for the ground floor. The cottage is in a quiet location, passing roads are usually only used by residents.
From the accommodation, all nearby recreational areas are also accessible by bicycle and on foot. There are well-equipped cycle paths and footpaths around the village of Dabel. There are plenty of opportunities for fishing at the neighbouring lakes.
The Baltic Sea is about an hour's drive away (Kühlungsborn). Rostock, Schwerin and Güstrow are also recommended as day trip destinations
In addition to Dabel, you will also find bathing spots in Schlowe or at the existing campsites in Klein Pritz and Kukuk.
The archaeological open-air museum in Groß-Raden, the camel farm at Sternburger Burg and canoeing on the Warnow are always worth a visit.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

Dabel has a good infrastructure. In Dabel there is a bakery, two shops for daily needs, a medical centre (general practice and dental practice), several hairdressing salons, a hotel with a restaurant and other restaurants.
Further shopping facilities are available in Sternberg, 8 km away.
The maritime staircase to the upper floor is not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Very small children require constant supervision here.
Payment for the rental flat is due on arrival.
