You can also get here by train. The small station is a five-minute walk away, and from Amsterdam it is a 4.5-hour journey.
At the end of a dead-end road on a mountain stands Family House Dolve. You overlook a valley and mountains; here you can relax, hike, mountain bike, fly-fish, and above all, enjoy amazing motorcycling.
The apartment has 1 very large bedroom with 4 single beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. A large romantic living room with a modern open kitchen with all the appliances you could wish for. And a very cozy covered terrace where you can sit comfortably until late at night.
Pets are certainly welcome but there is a surcharge of 10 euros per pet per night. There is also a washing machine available, use is 3 euros per wash.
There is a bakery a ten-minute walk away where you can get fresh rolls 7 days a week, or have a nice breakfast for little money. It is closed on Saturday afternoon. At a distance of 4 kilometers there are several cozy restaurants, which you can reach by train, it is only 1 stop further than Mürlenbach, and otherwise in Gerolstein there are many other restaurants, 3 stops by train. Or 10 minutes by car.
For motorcyclists this is a paradise, there are countless hairpin bends but also lovely quiet mountain roads where you can ride at your own pace, or just enjoy touring by car.
And furthermore, there are countless beautiful castles in the whole area, and so many beautiful picturesque towns, zoos you can drive through by car, playgrounds, caves marens (volcanic eruptions) where you can also swim. The Moselle region is definitely worth a day trip, wine tastings are a super fun outing. Toboggan runs are a top outing. The climbing park is insanely fun and the longest suspension bridge is a must-see, the walk there is already amazing. Luxembourg is a 45-minute drive so also nice for a day trip, Belgium is also nice for a day. Or for car lovers, the Nürburgring is definitely recommended!!!
Hunters are also in a top location here. Mountain biking, hiking, cycling can be started right from the apartment.
There really is so much beauty to see and do that I can't list it all, so if you come here I will give you so many tips that you will definitely run out of time.
Also for companies it is pleasant to let their employees stay with us because the apartments are spacious!!!

Family House Dolve is located on a mountain at the end of a dead-end road. The peace here is truly unparalleled. But it is certainly not lifeless here. Dolve is so centrally located that you can be anywhere quickly, whatever your interest may be. The Vulkaneifel is such a beautiful area, after 8 years we still have that holiday feeling, and the surroundings continue to surprise us every time.
