Welcome on vacation! The charming and newly renovated in 2006 Finca Es Pinar is your ideal retreat in the east of Mallorca near Son Servera. This idyllically situated natural stone finca is perfect for all who seek relaxation, privacy, and authentic island flair. With panoramic views of the sea and the Mallorcan countryside, you will enjoy absolute relaxation – ideal for families, friends, or couples who love rural Mallorca.
On 500 m² of living space, everyone will find their own retreat. The finca accommodates 8 people with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms + guest WC, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Highlights, in addition to the spacious and modern, well-maintained interior with an ideal layout for 2 families, are the large viewing terraces and the covered outdoor kitchen. In the neighboring town of Son Servera you will find shopping opportunities and cozy local restaurants, and in nearby Cala Millor you can enjoy the tourist atmosphere on the beach or shopping promenade.
The finca impresses with its traditional Mallorcan architecture combined with modern amenities and is divided as follows:

On the ground floor there are 2 living areas, each with satellite TV and fireplace as well as comfortable and stylish furniture. There is a DVD player and a music system, and from both living areas you have direct access to the terrace. The spacious dining area invites you to enjoy moments together. The open kitchen is fully equipped and features a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and much more – here, cooking becomes a shared experience. Furthermore, on this floor there are:
