Description

The apartment has a bedroom, a kitchen-living room with sleeping possibility and a dad with shower / WC. Via a spiral staircase you can reach the roof terrace and from there the beautiful garden with large heated pool. There are in the kitchen and the bedroom each a smart TV available. In the bedroom there is a low-noise ceiling fan and air conditioning.
The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, grill, coffee maker and toaster. There is also a dishwasher.
Bathrobes are provided.
There are several terraces and seating areas in the garden. Loungers invite you to sunbathe or linger in the semi-shade under palm trees.
German doctors can be reached nearby. Shopping facilities and many restaurants are within walking distance. Especially popular is the shopping center CITA.
Parking is possible in front of the house. Cab stands and bus stops are in the immediate vicinity.

Fijn appartement

Het is een fijn appartement.
Wij waren met 2 personen en het appartement is daarvoor prima geschikt.
Voor 4 personen vinden wij het te klein.
Er zijn voldoende restaurants en winkels in de buurt op loopafstand.
Wij hebben de huurauto niet gemist.

Great holiday in Gran Canaria

We stayed 25 days in early 2023. Excellent accommodation with a garden with a fantastic heated pool. The location is excellent directly on the paseo and the dunes.
House only suitable for two people because the living room , dining table and fridge are small.
Excellent equipment of appliances, kitchen accessories and linen.
Warm welcome from the owners, always ready to satisfy every request.
Be prepared for some sand in front of the house due to the proximity of the dunes. An outside cleaning service is however provided three days a week
