Enjoy a wonderful stay on the Zeeland coast? A stay in our Holiday Home 40 will certainly please you! Holiday Home 40 is located in the quiet and small-scale bungalow park De Zandput in Zoutelande. This atmospheric location and the immediate surroundings offer you plenty of opportunities for an unforgettable holiday on the Zeeland Riviera! The completely new house was completed at the beginning of 2026, is gas-free and is heated by a heat pump that can also cool. The accommodation
Holiday home 40 is suitable for a stay of 4 people. The house has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit with double sink, and toilet (2nd toilet in the hallway). An extra children's travel cot is optional. Furthermore, the house is equipped with all comforts and necessities. From a dishwasher to a washing machine and from a Nespresso machine to 3 smart TVs with internet connection. You will probably lack nothing! A beach cabin can be booked optionally.

The garden
The entire plot of 250m2 is fully fenced (height 1.5m) and has 2 terraces, one of which is fully covered. You can park your car a stone’s throw away; there is a charging station 10 meters away. Want to charge your electric bikes? That is possible in the storage room.

Pets
Holiday home 40 is pet-friendly and up to three dogs are allowed. Dogs are always allowed on the beach and off-leash, except from May 1 to September 15 between 10. They must be kept on a leash between 00:00 and 19:00. There is a wide range of hospitality establishments within walking and/or cycling distance, also on the beach. Dogs are welcome at all of them.

The bungalow park De Zandput
De Zandput in Zoutelande is a quiet and small-scale bungalow park with approximately 85 privately owned holiday homes. There are 2 playgrounds for the children in the park. Beach (700m), walking and cycling routes, shops, bicycle rental, and hospitality facilities, all of this can be found in the immediate vicinity. The surroundings
Holiday home 40 is a wonderful place on the Zeeland Riviera to enjoy the peace and the beach. It is also the ideal base for activities or to explore Zeeland. Places like Middelburg, Veere, Domburg, and Vlissingen are nearby and definitely worth a visit.

Cancellation terms:

Article 5 – Cancellation Cancellation by the tenant must always be made in writing (by post or by email). The following conditions apply: – Partial payments will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
• For cancellations up to 42 days before the day of arrival, 25% of the rental amount is due.
• For cancellations up to 28 days before the day of arrival, 50% of the rental amount is due.
• For cancellations within 28 days up to the day of arrival, 100% of the rental amount is due.
• If you do not arrive within 24 hours after the agreed date without further notice, this will be considered a cancellation and 100% of the rental amount is due.
• In the event of cancellation on our part, any payments already made will be refunded. Please see the full rental terms and conditions on the website, see the link at the bottom of this advertisement.
