Welcome to "Pittis Häuschen". Discover the charming "Pittis Häuschen 4" in the picturesque surroundings of Brandenburg/OT Plaue, directly on Lake Plauer See. An idyllic holiday home on a natural campsite, far from the noise of the big city, perfect for up to 4 guests. On 38 square meters, this holiday house offers two cozy bedrooms and a modernly equipped bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. Our house no. 4 is available for up to 4 people at a base price, regardless of whether 1 or 4 people arrive. We ask all interested parties to submit written inquiries, as all information about prices is displayed precisely. Enter travel date, number of people, possibly a dog, and you will receive our final prices for the respective house. If entries do not work, our houses are either already booked for the selected date or the minimum stay has not been met. Feel free to also check out our other holiday houses or write to us with your desired date. We will reply promptly to let you know if there are still possibilities. Please do not send inquiries for coming years, as we always plan year by year. We manage our houses privately and want to decide ourselves when renting is no longer possible. Thank you very much, and please note that we do not rent to unaccompanied minors or to construction workers. We ask all guests to provide details (name & age of children) according to the registration law. Unregistered persons have no right to stay overnight. We are private landlords on a campsite and operate independently.
Our houses are close to the water and are fully equipped with everything needed to enjoy a few hours or days in nature. You only need to unpack your luggage, as the beds will be made by us in advance. Please do not forget to bring your own towels and dish towels. Not only inside do we have a seating area for 4 people, but also on the terrace there is a seating area for 4 people, with a view of the water, which is about 100m away. Since it is possible to arrive with a dog, the terrace can be closed off and your four-legged friend can sit with you without a leash.
In our houses, only as many people are allowed as there are sleeping places per house, and per house only one dog and no other pets. If you want to arrive with a dog, it must be registered. In our houses, folders with further information are available for inspection and we ask you to read and follow them. If you arrive with an electric car, please note that there is no possibility to charge it on the premises. This must be done elsewhere. The calculation of our houses is always done at the end of a season for the following season. We do not give a price guarantee for coming years. Due to fluctuating electricity prices, it may be possible to charge an extra electricity fee. Also, as more and more e-mobility is required and many devices (vehicle batteries, boat e-motors) and brought air conditioning units run via our house connection, there may be an extra electricity tariff in the future. We ask you to note this and, if necessary, check our prices at the end of the season for the following season to avoid misunderstandings and to consider this when making an inquiry for the next season.
Beds are made up per registered person. Towels and dish towels are to be brought by you.
Dishcloths, dish detergent, 1x kitchen roll, 1x toilet paper, coffee filters, and salt & pepper, sugar will be provided. We ask our guests to bring all daily necessities. There are no shopping facilities on site.

Feel free to also check out our other 3 properties and find the right accommodation for your vacation or short trip to Plaue. Plaue is a small, picturesque place in Brandenburg an der Havel. Our 4 holiday accommodations are in a very quiet location in the middle of a natural landscape on a campsite and very close to the water with a lake view. The distance to Plaue is about 3 kilometers and to Brandenburg it is about 8 kilometers. There are well-developed cycle paths and you can easily explore the area by bike. Plauer See, together with many other lakes, is part of the Havel region and offers endless possibilities on the water, whether by motorboat, canoe, kayak, paddle boat, pedal boat, or on a steamboat trip. Discover the many small lakes and islands, travel towards Brandenburg, Wusterwitz, Plaue, or Rathenow, as you wish, for small and large tours. From Brandenburg station or Kirchmöser station you can easily take the train towards Berlin or Magdeburg. The travel time in both directions is just under an hour.
We expressly recommend bringing closed water shoes for swimming at the beaches. There are many sharp shells and stones and injuries occur every year.

Here is the translation to English: **Cancellation by the Tenant:** Cancellation of the booking must be made in writing. The following cancellation fees may be charged: - Up to 30 days before arrival: 20% of the rental price - 29–14 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price - 13–7 days before arrival: 80% of the rental price - From 6 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 90% of the rental price. **House Rules:** The house rules are available in the holiday homes, are part of the rental agreement, and must be observed. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. A complete address is required for a booking.

From 2027, we will introduce a fair-use electricity quota. The rental price already includes a very generous electricity quota of 18 kWh per day. This quota is completely sufficient for normal use. If consumption exceeds this amount (e.g. due to brought-in electronic devices), we will charge each additional kWh fairly and transparently at €0.50 via the deposit. We are available 7 days a week if you contact us by email. No telephone inquiries or WhatsApp messages will be accepted, in order to avoid double bookings or vacancies. We also want to personally protect ourselves from dubious inquiries and safeguard the interests of all guests. We will answer all inquiries as quickly as possible. Our holiday home provider shows you the final prices for the accommodation and works without commission. Simply enter the number of people, with or without a dog, and of course the travel date. If "not available" appears, the accommodation is either already booked or the minimum number of nights has not been entered. In that case, please try another date. Additional wishes can be stated in the remarks field. You are also welcome to switch to another property if available. Our houses are not rented to minors and for a smooth process we ask you to list the people present per house. Please read the cancellation and rental conditions. One more note on our own behalf: campers or other guests of the campsite are asked to use the facilities of the site. Only guests registered with us are allowed to use our facilities, canoes, boards. We are an independent private company that has to bear all ancillary costs itself. Guests who are registered through the site and have paid their overnight costs there are also asked to use all services there.
