Please note our respective minimum stay duration and the arrival and departure days. If you are interested in booking with us for 2 or 3 weeks, please contact us under further information. The price calculator always processes only by the week. We will send you an offer if you are interested. The final cleaning and the bed linen fee for each guest are mandatory and are always included. Arrival is always possible from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and departure is always between 7:00 a.m. and no later than 10:30 a.m., so that the accommodation can be prepared for new guests. Key handover always takes place at the house. Feel free to take a look at our other holiday homes to see if something is available or if another house better meets your expectations. In total, we rent out 4 houses and one mobile home. Please send inquiries in writing, including your email address. We do not rent to tradesmen or to unaccompanied minors. The statutory registration requirement applies and we ask all overnight guests to be specified (names of adults & ages of children). Prices can be checked using the price calculator. All inquiries are of course free of charge and non-binding. If you are interested, we will send you a booking confirmation, and you only enter into a rental agreement upon payment of the first installment, not before. It is important that a complete address and email address are provided in order to be able to respond to you. Our Pitti No. 2 can only be rented for a short period in its current condition. Renovation work will begin in October and the bungalow will be completely refurbished inside. Pictures and further information will follow. We ask for your patience. However, there will again be space for 4 people, as an enlargement and a different room layout will also take place.

Location and surroundings of object
We rent out a total of 5 properties, all of which are located on the Plaue campsite and are situated close to each other. The site is located outside of Plaue, in the direction of Brandenburg. It is a nature campsite, as it is far away from the noise of the big city and is situated in a secluded location right on Lake Plauer See. Lake Plauer See belongs to the Havel area, which also includes several small lakes that line up and make up the Havel area with its beautiful fauna and flora. From the water, you can get to know the surroundings from a completely different perspective.
For shopping, the city of Brandenburg is about 8 km away and Plaue about 3 km. Since there are no shopping facilities on the site itself, we ask guests in advance to think of all daily necessities or to do their shopping in Brandenburg, Plaue, Kirchmöser or Neubensdorf and the surrounding area. There is an Italian restaurant on the site, with a good menu and opening hours during the season from Monday to Sunday. Furthermore, there are several small beaches on the site and at one of these beaches dogs are also allowed. Please remember the leash requirement, as small children may also be at this beach. There is a volleyball court, trampolines, table tennis tables, and a small playground. Our holiday homes Pitti are located at the rear end of the campsite in a very quiet area and with a view of the water. There is, in addition to the main entrance for arrival, a small back exit from the site for walking or simply exploring the area.

Cancellation terms:
Cancellation by the tenant. Cancellation of the booking must be made in writing. The following cancellation fees may be charged: up to 30 days before arrival: 20% of the rental price; 29-14 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price; 13-7 days before arrival: 80% of the rental price; from 6 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 90% of the rental price. For long-term bookings, a deposit of 20% is due. From 29 days before arrival, a deposit of 50% is due; for short-term bookings, a deposit of 90% is due. House rules: The house rules are available in the holiday homes and are part of the rental agreement and must be observed. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. A complete address is required for a booking.

We are also better protected and secured through written inquiries. This helps us avoid double bookings or vacancies. Please provide the names of all adults and the ages of all children. We are subject to the registration law and foreign guests must fill out a registration form to prevent false addresses. Our prices always apply to the current season and we do not guarantee to carry over the prices for the new season. In October/November, we set all new prices and release them with the occupancy calendar as soon as we have received all new prices from the campsite. Date requests can gladly be submitted in advance, but are non-binding. Confirmations for bookings can only be made from January onwards and will be processed in order of receipt. From 2027 onwards, no group registrations will be accepted, as unfortunately there were very unreasonable guests in 2026. We would like to make our houses available to individual tourists seeking relaxation. We are not suitable as a party location or for large events. For new guests, a deposit may be required in order to avoid misunderstandings in advance. Unfortunately, due to a few individuals, we are forced to take these measures to continue ensuring a relaxing stay for everyone, especially our regular guests. With the booking, our guests receive our new terms and conditions for review and thereby commit to complying with our terms and conditions. This ensures that we are legally and insurance-wise covered for the future. Thank you for your understanding.
