Discover the charming "Pitti Häuschen 3" in the picturesque surroundings of Brandenburg/OT Plaue, an idyllic holiday home perfect for 2 guests. Our cottage No. 3 is expected to be renovated in autumn/winter 2026/27 and will receive an additional bedroom with 2 single beds. However, since we do not yet know how the renovation will be carried out, we are initially offering only 1 bedroom with 2 single beds for the year 2027. In the outdoor area, we have placed a caravan with 2 extra beds for the transition period, which can be booked for 2 additional people. If the renovations progress faster, the caravan will be removed and there will be 4 beds in the house. Therefore, our request: If you come as 2 people, the house is available to you as stated. If additional people are coming, we expressly point out the caravan as an extra. There will be no extra beds in the house itself without the extension. Please keep this in mind and thank you for your understanding. We will announce the completion in good time.
Our holiday home has 1 cozy bedroom and a modern bathroom equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, and a shower. The cottage features a fully equipped kitchenette that leaves nothing to be desired. From kettle to coffee machine, everything is available to cook and eat together. The pleasant atmosphere of the living room with comfortable furniture invites you to linger, while the television provides entertainment. Please send all inquiries in writing with an email address. No telephone inquiries or WhatsApp messages, as all inquiries are processed through our provider and double bookings are thus excluded. We do not rent to workers or unaccompanied minors. We ask all guests to be listed (name of adults & age of children) according to registration law. Only registered persons may stay with us. Foreign guests must fill out a registration form. Prices can be checked via the price calculator.
Outside House 3, a terrace awaits you—ideal for enjoying the evenings or gathering together in a convivial round.
A large parking lot for all campsite guests is located directly behind the holiday homes. Free choice of parking space, no fixed spot.
Bed linen for all rented beds will be provided and included in the final price, as is the final cleaning. Towels and dish towels must be brought along. Please note that the house is a non-smoking accommodation; please use the terrace for this purpose.
Let yourself be inspired by nature and enjoy your stay in Pittis Häuschen 3—your perfect retreat for an unforgettable break. The windows of the holiday homes are equipped with fly screens, so you can always enjoy the fresh air of nature indoors while keeping small insects outside.
Washing machine, dryer, and Wi-Fi can be rented at the campsite reception for a fee. Bicycles and pedal boats are also available for rent, so you can explore the area on land or water. In the restaurant with Italian cuisine, breakfast is offered on some days, and during the day the restaurant offers delicious dishes until about 10:00 p.m., from pizza and pasta to ice cream with coffee in the afternoon. If you want fresh bread rolls, you can ask at the restaurant and they will be ready for pickup the next day between 8:30-10:00 a.m. This saves you the trip to the bakery in the next town and you can start your day relaxed.

Location and surroundings of object
The Pitti holiday cottages are located at the Plaue campsite, a little outside, between Plaue and Brandenburg, formerly Margarethenhof. The site itself describes itself as a nature campsite, as it is far away from the city noise and is situated in a secluded location right on Lake Plauer. Lake Plauer belongs to the Havel area, which includes several small lakes that make up the Havelland with its beautiful fauna and flora. From the water, you can experience the surroundings from a completely different perspective.
For shopping, the city of Brandenburg is about 8 km away and Plaue about 3 km away. Since there are no shopping facilities on the site, we kindly ask our guests in advance to think of all daily necessities or to do their shopping in Brandenburg, Plaue, Kirchmöser, Neubensdorf, or the surrounding area.
There is an Italian restaurant on the site, with a good menu and continuous opening hours from April to October.
Several small beaches on the site can be explored, and at one of these beaches, dogs are also allowed.
For leisure fun, there is a volleyball court, table tennis tables, trampolines, and a playground for the little ones.
At the back end of the campsite are our small cottages with a view of the water and only about 100 m from the lake.
There is also a back exit (turnstile) at our houses, and from there it is about a 10-minute walk to the Plauer Fischer. He offers fresh fish to take away or eat on site every Thursday to Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. On all other days, the fisherman is in Plaue about 3 km away, directly behind the large bridge.
If you would like to treat yourself to a massage or foot care, this option is available on site by prior arrangement. We have a price list with the phone number of "Heike's Hoof and Massage Temple" available in the house.
In total, 4 accommodations belong to Pitti's cottages. Please also have a look at the other accommodations if no dates are available for House 3. All houses are available for up to 4 guests.

The following cancellation fees may be charged: - Up to 30 days before arrival: 25% of the rental price; - 29–14 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price; - 13–7 days before arrival: 80% of the rental price; - From 6 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 90% of the rental price. **House Rules:** The house rules are available in the holiday homes and are part of the rental agreement and must be observed. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. A complete address is required for a booking.

Info about Cottage No. 3: The size of the cottage will be approximately 32 m² upon completion, with 2 bedrooms. Currently, only one bedroom can be found in the photo gallery, as further renovations are planned. We therefore recommend House No. 3 for only 2 people for now. For up to 4 people, please choose Houses 2, 4, and 5. For House 3, if there are more than 2 people, the caravan in the outdoor area can be booked additionally. Thank you for your understanding.
From 2027, a fair-use electricity quota will be introduced. The rental price already includes a very generous electricity quota of 18 kWh per day. This quota is completely sufficient for normal use. Should consumption exceed this (due to brought electrical devices or 24-hour continuous cooling), we will charge each additional kWh fairly and transparently at €0.50 via the deposit.

Please note that during the main holiday season we always rent our houses by the week with a minimum of 7 nights. If you would like to spend 2 or 3 weeks with us on vacation, please feel free to send us an inquiry. We will send you an offer, as our price calculator only calculates weekly prices for the high season. Please also pay attention to last-minute offers, which always appear 1 week before arrival. We always ask interested parties to submit written inquiries via our provider. This can be done 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and we will respond as quickly as possible. The price calculator gives the final prices when you have entered all persons, with or without a dog, and of course the travel date. Our provider works without commission, the prices are final prices.
Furthermore, we are a purely private company and the Pitti cottages are rented only through us, not through the campsite, which in turn rents only itself and not through us. For group bookings, please pay attention to who has rented through the campsite and who through us. We are two independent companies.
Various services can be purchased at the campsite reception for additional fees. Our guests have a parking space available, but please note that for boats and trailers, the campsite service applies and an extra fee is charged. Only "non-motorized" boats may be launched from our small beach in front of our houses. Boats "with" motors only via the main beach. If a mooring is desired, this must be arranged directly with the marina of the site. Neither the campsite nor we are responsible for this. The marina is an independent company.
