Description
In the months of April/September/October we therefore rent only upon explicit request. On the terrace there is another seating area for 4 people with a view of the water, which is only about 100m away. Since it is possible to travel with a dog, the terrace can be closed and your four-legged friend can sit with you without a leash. Should our house no. 1 may be occupied during your desired period; you are welcome to take a look at our other Pitti cottages. Perhaps there is still a holiday cottage with available dates. If all information is read to the end, all other properties should be listed at the end. Our holiday home provider will then suggest all other cottages for your consideration. In our houses, as many people are allowed as there are beds indicated per house, and per house please only one dog and no other pets. If you wish to arrive with a dog, it must be registered. In our houses, folders are available for your information and with the request to read and observe them. If you are arriving by electric car, we would like to point out that there is no charging facility on the premises. This would have to be done elsewhere. The calculation of our houses is always done at the end of a season for the following season. We do not give a price guarantee for coming years. Due to fluctuating electricity prices, it may be possible to charge an extra electricity fee. Also, because more and more e-mobility is being demanded and many devices (vehicle batteries, e-motors for boats) and brought-in air conditioning units run via our house connection, there may be a separate electricity tariff in the future. We ask you to take this into consideration and, if necessary, to check our prices at the end of the season for the following season in order to avoid misunderstandings and to keep this in mind when making a new inquiry for the next season. Location and surroundings of object
The holiday cottage Pitti is located at the Plaue campsite, a little outside between Plaue and Brandenburg, formerly Margarethenhof. The site itself describes itself as a nature campsite, as it is far away from the noise of the big city and is situated in a secluded location on Lake Plauer See. Lake Plauer See belongs to the Havel area, which also includes several small lakes that are lined up together and make up the Havel area with its beautiful fauna and flora. From the water, you can get to know the surroundings from a completely different, beautiful perspective. For shopping, the city of Brandenburg is about 8 km away and Plaue about 3 km. Since there are no shopping facilities on the site itself, we ask our guests in advance to think of all daily necessities or to do their shopping in Brandenburg, Plaue, Kirchmöser or Neubensdorf and the surrounding area. There is an Italian restaurant on the site, with a good menu and opening hours during the season from Monday to Sunday. There are several small beaches on the site and at one of these beaches dogs are also allowed. However, please remember the leash requirement, as small children may also be at this beach. The leash requirement applies throughout the entire area, which must also be observed, and it applies equally to small and large dogs. There is also a volleyball court, trampolines, table tennis tables, and a small playground on the site. Our holiday cottages Pitti are located at the far end of the campsite in a very quiet area with a view of the water. In addition to the main entrance for arrival, there is also a small back exit from the site for taking walks or simply exploring the area. From the back exit, you can walk along the water in 10 minutes to the Plauer Fischer, which offers fresh fish on Fridays and Saturdays from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. A small snack bar is available and there is the possibility to eat on site or take fish with you. Otherwise, the Plauer Fischer is also directly in Plaue, about 3 km away, just behind the big bridge with very good offers. A small massage salon is available at the campsite, where guests can indulge themselves by making an appointment in advance and can also make use of foot care. A price list with telephone number is available in the house.
Anyone wishing to arrive by motorboat should absolutely discuss this personally with the marina in advance. Motorboats or trailers cannot be parked at our houses, as we do not have the necessary space for this. With us, canoes, kayaks, or paddleboards can be stored at the rented property without disturbing other guests. The small beach for launching non-motorized boats is about 100m from the houses; all other boats only via the main beach at the entrance to the site. If you arrive by car, a large parking lot is available behind our houses. Here you can go on paddle tours for kilometers through beautiful natural landscapes or get to know much more of the surroundings by motorboat. From Brandenburg, various steamboat trips are offered to explore the area.
If you don't necessarily want to be on the water, you can also explore the surroundings by bike. The bike paths are well developed and relatively flat without major inclines. Anyone who does not wish or is unable to bring their own bicycle has the option to rent a bicycle at the campsite reception. The services of the campsite can be used at the reception for the corresponding fees.
Starting in 2027, our House 1 will close and as a replacement we will then offer a stationary houseboat for overnight stays. The houseboat is located in the first row with an unobstructed view of the water and is accessible via the jetty. It features a double bed, a small bathroom, a small kitchenette with dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, a small stove, small sink, refrigerator, a living area with couch and table, television, a fully covered terrace with seating area. You are welcome to use a stand-up paddle board and swim noodle/kickboard to enjoy the water directly. It is intended for 2 people without pets. If a third person arrives, the sofa bed in the living area can be used as an option. It should be noted that due to wave action, no fixed accommodation is available. The boat is not rented for driving. Without motor.

| Object price, no person price! Up to 4 persons possible, no more, as no extra bed can be provided. Please bring towels and tea towels. Bring everything for the dog if you are travelling with a dog. 1 dog per bungalow!! No fighting dogs, cats or other pets. Note on our own behalf and at the request of some guests. Our bungalows are small tiny houses. These may not be suitable for every person. Please also note the bed size. Heavily overweight people have had their problems in the past. Thank you for your understanding! During the summer holidays only weekly from Sunday-Sunday. (7,14,21 etc. days) The base price is always calculated from the minimum overnight stay for 4 people, even if fewer people arrive or fewer nights are booked in the respective season. We advise you to bring bathing shoes for the beach, because of sharp shells. You have the possibility to request a price overview for all 5 bungalows in order to find the most suitable one for you. All utilities, as follows are included: Electricity, water/sewage, rubbish, parking, shared use of the campsite, bed linen and final cleaning. Dogs extra. W-Lan only possible via reception of the campsite for a fee. |

Here is the translation to English: We charge a fee of €20.00 if a contract has been concluded, for services rendered up to that point and for refunds of amounts paid up to that point. This fee will be deducted from the payment already made. If canceled up to 3 weeks before check-in, the remaining amount already paid will be refunded. For cancellations 21-10 days before check-in, 75% of the amount will be refunded. For cancellations 10-3 days before check-in, 50% will be refunded, and for less than 3 days, there will be no refund. A deposit is due within 7 days after booking confirmation. The second installment is due 3 weeks before arrival. For short-term bookings, please refer to the booking confirmation and payment instructions.

Houses close on 18.10.26–25.03.27. The season opens at Easter and the restaurant on the premises opens on 01.04.27. Feel free to drop by even if you do not wish to book yet and would just like to have a look around and perhaps plan your holiday at Lake Plau in the coming years. Houseboat opens only from May.

Everything's great.
We had a very nice time. There is nothing to complain about. Even when a friend came to visit us and stayed a few nights, there were no problems at all. The surroundings are fantastic and untouched by nature.
We will definitely be happy to come back and are already looking forward to it.

A very beautiful, clean and cozy vacation home. It is wonderfully situated, you can see the sunset. Beautiful. Unfortunately, the television is a bit too small. But you come here to relax, not to watch TV. The landlords are also super nice. We would love to come back.
