Description
We understand that not everyone wants to read every detail, but it is the guest’s responsibility to pay attention to the information important for the inquiry and booking. We therefore ask you to review it. Upon booking, our guests receive all terms and conditions and some questions can be clarified in advance. Starting in 2027, only 4 properties will belong to Pittis Häuschen.
Our House 1 will be closed at the end of 2026 and bookings for this house can no longer be accepted. Please take a look at our Houses 2-5 to find a suitable property. Here we have compiled only some important information.
Up to now, our holiday homes had an overnight price including utilities, except for bed linen and final cleaning. Starting in 2027, we will introduce a fair-use electricity quota with a security deposit, as electricity prices and consumption due to e-mobility have increased significantly in recent years. The rental price already includes a very generous electricity quota of 18 kWh per day. This quota is fully sufficient for normal use (including cooking, showering, lighting, and about 8 hours of heating/ventilation per day). Should consumption exceed this (e.g. due to large appliances brought along or 24-hour continuous cooling with open windows), we will charge each additional kWh fairly and transparently at €0.50 via the deposit.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday cottages Pitti 1-5 are located at the Plaue campsite, a little outside between Plaue and Brandenburg. The site itself describes itself as a nature campsite, as it is far away from the city noise and is situated in a secluded location on Lake Plauer See. Plauer See belongs to the Havel area, which includes several small lakes that line up and make up the Havel area with beautiful fauna and flora, ideally suited for water sports enthusiasts. For shopping, the city of Brandenburg is about 8km away and Plaue about 3km. Since there are no shopping facilities on the site itself, we ask our guests in advance to think of all daily necessities or to do their shopping in Brandenburg, Plaue, Kirchmöser or Neubensdorf and the surrounding area. There is an Italian restaurant on the site, with a good menu and opening hours during the season (April-October) from Monday to Sunday. There are several small beaches on the site, and at one of these beaches dogs are also allowed. However, please remember the leash requirement, as small children may also be at this beach. The leash requirement applies throughout the entire site and must be observed; this applies to both small and large dogs. On the site there is a volleyball court, trampolines, table tennis tables, and a small playground. Our Pitti holiday cottages are located at the rear end of the campsite in a very quiet location with a view of the water. In addition to the main entrance for arrival, there is also a small back exit from the site (for pedestrians) for walking or simply exploring the area. From the back exit, you can walk along the water in 10 minutes to the Plauer Fischer, who offers fresh fish from Thursday to Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. There is a small snack bar and the option to eat on site or take fish away. Otherwise, the Plauer Fischer is also directly in Plaue about 3km away, just behind the large bridge with very good offers.
A small massage salon and foot care are available on the campsite and can be used by appointment. A price list with telephone number is available in the house.
If you wish to arrive by motorboat, please be sure to arrange this personally with the marina in advance if you want a berth at the jetty. The marina does not belong to the campsite and is privately operated on the site. Unfortunately, motorboats or trailers cannot be parked at our houses, as we do not have the necessary space. If you arrive with a boat and trailer, this must be registered with the campsite, as separate parking spaces must be rented for parking. Only canoes, kayaks, or paddleboards can be parked directly at the rented property without disturbing other guests. The small beach for launching "non-motorized" boats is about 100m from the houses, all other boats "with motor" only via the main beach at the entrance to the site. If you arrive by car, there is a large parking lot behind our houses. There is no right to a fixed parking space, it is free choice of space, and parking directly at the houses is not possible due to space limitations. For loading and unloading, you can park briefly at the edge and we provide a handcart for luggage.
Plauer See is one of many lakes that line up and make up the Havel area, from Beelitzer See, Wusterwitzer See, Quenzsee, Breitling See, Möserscher See, etc. Here you can go on kilometer-long paddle tours in beautiful natural surroundings or discover much more of the area by motorboat. From Brandenburg, various steamboat trips are offered to explore the area.
If you do not necessarily want to be on the water, you can also explore the area by bike. The cycle paths are well developed and relatively flat without major inclines. If you do not want or cannot bring your own bike, you have the option to rent a bicycle at the campsite reception. The services of the campsite can be used at the reception for the corresponding fees.
Starting in 2027, our House 1 will close for rental and will only serve as a contact point. Our guests can reach us there for key handover at arrival and departure or for other concerns.
Originally, a replacement rental was planned, which we had already reported on, but unfortunately this project has now failed.

| Object price, no person price! Up to 4 persons possible, no more, as no extra bed can be provided. Please bring towels and tea towels. Bring everything for the dog if you are travelling with a dog. 1 dog per bungalow!! No fighting dogs, cats or other pets. Note on our own behalf and at the request of some guests. Our bungalows are small tiny houses. These may not be suitable for every person. Please also note the bed size. Heavily overweight people have had their problems in the past. Thank you for your understanding! During the summer holidays only weekly from Sunday-Sunday. (7,14,21 etc. days) The base price is always calculated from the minimum overnight stay for 4 people, even if fewer people arrive or fewer nights are booked in the respective season. We advise you to bring bathing shoes for the beach, because of sharp shells. You have the possibility to request a price overview for all 5 bungalows in order to find the most suitable one for you. All utilities, as follows are included: Electricity, water/sewage, rubbish, parking, shared use of the campsite, bed linen and final cleaning. Dogs extra. W-Lan only possible via reception of the campsite for a fee. |

Here is the translation to English: **Cancellation by the Tenant:** The cancellation of the booking must be made in writing. The following cancellation fees may be charged: - Up to 30 days before arrival: 20% of the rental price; - 29–14 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price; - 13–7 days before arrival: 80% of the rental price; - From 6 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 90% of the rental price. **House Rules:** The house rules are available in the holiday homes and are part of the rental agreement and must be observed. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. A complete address with the names of all tenants is required for a booking.

We kindly ask interested parties to please check our Pitti Häuschen 2-5 for future bookings. To avoid errors in customer data, we process bookings exclusively in writing. Please send us your inquiry by email and provide all required information: main tenant, number of adults with names, and also children with age information. For foreign guests, we are required to keep a registration form to prevent false addresses. As soon as all details are provided, we will send you all necessary information. We cannot provide information about occupancy or prices by phone. These are stored here with our providers and can be queried more accurately. With 4 different properties, we cannot guarantee prices or make booking promises by phone, in order to avoid misunderstandings. Rental is exclusively for recreational purposes. Commercial or freelance use of the holiday homes, subletting, or transfer to changing guests, craftsmen, or fitters is expressly prohibited. Use as a fitter’s apartment or company accommodation is excluded. Our holiday homes are for the recreation of individual travelers and families and may only be used by the persons registered with us. Bookings by groups that include all properties for the same period are not permitted, in order to ensure peace on the premises. This also applies if bookings are made under different names or separate booking processes in the name of the same group/event. If it is noticed on the day of arrival that a closed group is arriving and occupying all holiday homes, we will point out that this is not permitted according to our terms and conditions and compliance with our general terms and conditions may be required. We point out that by booking, our general terms and conditions are accepted, which will be sent with the booking confirmation. Unfortunately, the behavior of new guests has changed significantly in recent months, so we have reluctantly decided to introduce a uniform set of general terms and conditions for everyone. We want to secure the quality, peace, and feel-good character of our houses for the future and for our regular guests. Perhaps today’s new customers will soon become our regular guests and, like our long-standing guests, will appreciate the rules and measures that contribute to a pleasant and relaxing stay. For legal and insurance reasons, no telephone inquiries or WhatsApp messages regarding a booking will be accepted. Exceptions apply only to regular guests whom we know personally. Thank you for your understanding. We also strive to protect ourselves from dubious inquiries and not to block our holiday homes for sham transactions.

Everything's great.
We had a very nice time. There is nothing to complain about. Even when a friend came to visit us and stayed a few nights, there were no problems at all. The surroundings are fantastic and untouched by nature.
We will definitely be happy to come back and are already looking forward to it.

A very beautiful, clean and cozy vacation home. It is wonderfully situated, you can see the sunset. Beautiful. Unfortunately, the television is a bit too small. But you come here to relax, not to watch TV. The landlords are also super nice. We would love to come back.
