Please note all information until the end! We offer a fully equipped holiday home at the Plaue campsite directly on Lake Plauer See, the so-called clamping. Vacation at the campsite, without your own caravan or tent and with your own bathroom. Our holiday home No. 2 will be expanded and renovated in autumn/winter 2026/27 and will be available again from April 2027. Up to 4 people can use this house, with 2 bedrooms—2 beds each. There will be a small modern bathroom with shower, toilet, and washbasin, and an open-plan living kitchen with complete kitchen inventory, except for a large oven. Instead, a small oven is available. Coffee machine, kettle, and toaster will be provided, as well as a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. In the living area there is a pull-out couch, a television, various games, and seating for 4 people. Unfortunately, children's beds cannot be set up due to the space-saving layout. At the moment, due to renovations, no pictures can be provided; please use our house No. 4 for reference, which looks similar. We will only post pictures here of what it may look like at the end. The beds will be made upon arrival, according to the number of registered guests; please bring your own towels and dish towels. The house has a covered terrace with seating for up to 4 people, and in the shared outdoor area of houses 2-5 there is also a seating area for all guests of our holiday homes. The house also includes a cooler box to chill drinks separately, leaving more space in the fridge, which also has a small freezer compartment. We also provide a small standing fan, as it can get very warm on the terrace, especially in the summer months. Washing machine, dryer, and Wi-Fi can be rented at the campsite reception for a fee. Bicycles and pedal boats are also available for rent. On some days, the restaurant at the campsite offers a breakfast service. The restaurant is open continuously during the season from April to October, for breakfast, lunch, coffee, ice cream, or dinner with very friendly staff. If you would like fresh bread rolls, you can always order them the day before at the restaurant and pick them up between 8:30 and 10:00 am.
We are happy to provide our guests with a charcoal grill, if the forest fire warning level allows. Charcoal must be provided by yourself.
Please note our respective minimum stay and the arrival and departure days. If you are interested in booking with us for 2 or 3 weeks, please write to us under further information. The price calculator always processes weekly only, due to arrival and departure days. If interested, we will send you an offer. The final cleaning and the bed linen fee for each guest are mandatory and always included. Arrival is always possible from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm on the day of arrival, and departure is always between 7:00 am and no later than 10:30 am, so the accommodation can be prepared for new guests. Key handover takes place at house 1 from the 2027 season. Please also have a look at our other holiday homes to see if something is available or if another house better meets your expectations. In total, we rent out 4 houses and one mobile home. Inquiries please in writing, with indication of email address. We do not rent to tradesmen and not to unaccompanied minors. The statutory registration requirement applies and we ask all overnight guests to be specified (names of adults & ages of children). Prices can be checked via the price calculator. All inquiries are of course free and non-binding. It is important that a complete address and email address are provided so that we can reply to you. All names for adults and all ages for children should also be provided.
From 2027, a fair-use electricity quota will be introduced. The rental price includes a very generous electricity quota of 18kWh per day. If consumption exceeds this (e.g. due to brought-in electrical devices or 24-hour continuous cooling), we will charge each additional kWh fairly and transparently at €0.50 via the deposit.

Location and surroundings of object
We rent a total of 4 properties, all of which are located on the Plaue campsite and are situated close to each other. The campsite is located outside of Plaue, in the direction of Brandenburg. It is a nature campsite, as it is far away from city noise and is in a secluded location right on Lake Plauer See. Plauer See is part of the Havel area, which includes several small lakes that are lined up together and form the Havel area with its beautiful fauna and flora. From the water, you can get to know the surroundings from a completely different perspective.
For shopping, the city of Brandenburg is about 8 km away and Plaue about 3 km. Since there are no shopping facilities on the site itself, we ask guests in advance to think of all daily necessities or to do their shopping in Brandenburg, Plaue, Kirchmöser, Neubensdorf, or the surrounding area. There is an Italian restaurant on the site, with a good menu and opening hours during the season from Monday to Sunday. Furthermore, there are several small beaches on the site, and at one of these beaches dogs are also allowed. Please remember the leash requirement, as small children may also be at this beach. There is a volleyball court, trampolines, table tennis tables, and a small playground. We expressly recommend that all guests bring closed water shoes because of sharp shells and stones on the beach. Every year, unfortunately, there are injuries if no water shoes are worn.
Our holiday homes Pitti are located at the back end of the campsite in a very quiet area with a view of the water. In addition to the main entrance for arrival, there is also a small back exit from the site for walking or simply exploring the area. From the back exit, you can walk along the water in 10 minutes to the Plauer Fischer, who offers fresh fish every Thursday to Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and where you can also eat fish on site, which is recommended. Otherwise, there is also the Plauer Fischer directly in Plaue, about 3 km away, just behind the large bridge with very good offers.
There is also a small massage salon on the campsite, where guests can treat themselves by prior appointment and also make use of foot care. We have a price list with phone number available in the house.
Anyone wishing to arrive by motorboat should definitely arrange this personally with the marina in advance. The marina is privately operated and does not belong to the campsite. Berths for boats are only to be requested there. Unfortunately, motorboats or trailers cannot be parked at our houses, as we do not have the necessary space. Only canoes, kayaks, or paddleboards can be stored at the rented property without obstructing other guests. The small beach for launching "non-motorized" boats is about 100 m from the houses; all other boats "with" motors only via the main beach at the entrance to the site. Extra parking spaces for trailers and boats must be requested through the campsite.
Plauer See is one of many lakes in the Havel area. Among others, there are also Beelitzer See, Wusterwitzer See, Quenzsee, Breitling See, Möserscher See, etc. Here you can go on kilometer-long paddling tours in beautiful natural surroundings or discover much more of the area by motorboat. If you arrive without your own boat, you can take various steamboat trips from Brandenburg or rent boats there. Please inquire in advance about options or bookings.
If you do not necessarily want to be on the water, you are welcome to explore the area by bike. The cycle paths are well developed and relatively flat without major inclines. If you do not want to or cannot bring your own bike, you have the option of renting a bike at the campsite reception.
Behind our holiday homes there is a large car park available for all guests of the campsite. There is no right to a fixed parking space and parking directly at the houses is not possible due to lack of space.

Free cancellation possible up to 90 days before the arrival date.
Here is the translation to English: **Cancellation by the Tenant.** Cancellation of the booking must be made in writing. The following cancellation fees may be charged: - Up to 30 days before arrival: 20% of the rental price; - 29–14 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price; - 13–7 days before arrival: 80% of the rental price; - From 6 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 90% of the rental price. For long-term bookings, a deposit of 25% is due. From 29 days before arrival, a deposit of 50% is due; for short-term bookings, a deposit of 90% is due. **House rules:** The house rules are available in the holiday homes and are part of the rental agreement and must be observed. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. A complete address is required for a booking.

It is possible to use all services of the campsite for a corresponding fee, e.g. for Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer. To avoid errors in customer data, we process bookings exclusively in writing. Please send us your inquiries by email. Refrain from telephone inquiries and also from WhatsApp messages due to possible misunderstandings. As soon as we receive your request, we will send you all information. Inquiries cannot be made by phone, as we cannot provide a price guarantee or booking promise. All prices and available dates are stored with our provider, please use these. We are better protected and secured through written inquiries. This helps us avoid double bookings or vacancies. Please provide the names of all adults and the ages of all children. We are subject to the registration law and foreign guests must fill out a registration form to exclude false addresses. Our prices always apply for the current season and we do not guarantee the adoption of prices for the new season. In October/November, we set all new prices and release them with the occupancy calendar as soon as we have received all new prices from the campsite. Date requests can be submitted in advance, but are non-binding. Booking confirmations can only be made from January onwards and will be processed in order of receipt. Please also refrain from inquiries for future years, as we are private landlords and may retire at any time and cease further rentals. We therefore do not want to make promises that may not be kept. From 2027, no group bookings will be accepted, as unfortunately there were very inconsiderate guests in 2026. We would like to make our houses available to individual tourists seeking relaxation. We are not suitable as a party location or for large events. Unfortunately, due to a few individuals, we are forced to take these measures to continue to ensure a relaxing stay for everyone, especially our regular guests. With the booking, our guests receive our new terms and conditions for review and thereby agree to comply with them. This ensures that we are legally and insurance-wise secured for the future. Thank you for your understanding.
P.S.: Our House 1 is available for key handover and questions. Should guests plan a spontaneous vacation and need accommodation at very short notice, please also report to House 1. If an accommodation is available, immediate booking may be possible.
