Please note our minimum stay duration for each season. From 2-3 days in the low season up to 7 days in the high season. We also only rent within a single week during the main holiday period and not across weeks. Arrival and departure in House 2 is Saturday to Saturday in the high season. If you are interested in booking 2 or 3 weeks with us, please contact us. The price calculator always processes by the week. Feel free to take a look at our other holiday homes as well to see if something is available or if another house better meets your expectations. In total, we rent out 4 houses and one mobile home. We would like to point out that we will respond to every inquiry first, and then interested parties can decide whether they would like to rent from us. An inquiry does not constitute a rental agreement; all inquiries are, of course, free of charge. If you are interested, we will send you a booking confirmation, and only upon payment of the first installment will you enter into a rental agreement, not before. It is important that we have a complete address and email address in order to respond to you.
At the end of the 2026 season (November 2026–March 2027), our House 2 will be completely renovated. The house will be enlarged and modernized with 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, a modern kitchen, bathroom, and living area. An exact size specification is not possible at this time. Pictures will be posted after completion. The house will continue to be available for up to 4 people, but offers more space.

Location and surroundings of object
Anyone who does not wish or is unable to bring their own bicycle has the option to rent a bicycle at the campsite reception.
Behind our holiday homes, there is a large parking lot available for all guests of the campsite. There is no entitlement to a fixed parking space, and parking directly at the houses is not possible due to space limitations.

Cancellation terms:
Here is the translation to English: We charge a fee of €20.00 if a contract has been concluded, for services rendered up to that point and for the reversal of payments made up to that point. This fee will be deducted from the payment already made. If canceled up to 3 weeks before check-in, the remainder of the amount already paid will be refunded. For cancellations 21-10 days before check-in, 75% of the amount will be refunded. For cancellations 10-3 days before check-in, 50% will be refunded, and for less than 3 days, there will be no refund. A deposit is due within 7 days with the booking confirmation. The next installment is due up to 3 weeks before arrival. For short-term bookings, different payment conditions apply as stated in the booking confirmation.

We strive to respond to you as quickly as possible.
In the off-season from the beginning of April to the end of May and from mid-September to the end of October, we always rent for a minimum of 2 nights (except Easter, Ascension, Pentecost). Pure weekends at the weekend rate. In June until the start of the holidays, at least 3 nights, and during the summer holidays always from 7 nights and not across weeks. The respective minimum stays are indicated in the occupancy calendar. Requests for the coming season can be accepted, but we always send all booking confirmations starting in January, in order to complete a season.
Legal notice: We reserve the right to withdraw our holiday homes from rental at any time should special circumstances (private or health-related) arise. We do not guarantee permanent rental over several years. Rental is subject to German tax law. All prices include the statutory value added tax for Germany.
If you are arriving by bicycle or as a backpacker and possibly coming by train or bus, we recommend getting off at the bus stop Plaue Briester Weg. The road to the campsite is located exactly at this stop and is about 2 km long to the main entrance.
We recommend our guests bring closed bathing shoes because of sharp stones and shells on the beach and in the water. Further information: Quiet hours from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. The barrier remains closed, as well as during night quiet hours from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Driving onto the site is not possible during these times. Cars can be parked in a separate parking lot in front of the barrier. The site can be accessed on foot or by bicycle at any time. Persons who are not registered are not allowed to stay overnight on the site. Parents are responsible for their children and the campsite rules must be observed. Please note that during the main holiday season from the end of June to the end of August, we always rent out our houses by the week with a minimum stay of 7 nights. You are also welcome to rent for 2 or 3 weeks. Since the price calculator is set from Sat. - Sat., discrepancies may occur. For stays longer than 1 week, we kindly ask you to send an inquiry and we will provide you with an offer. If you have any further questions or need more information, we are happy to assist you.
Our houses are closed from 15.11. to 25.02.04. 26. At Easter is the season opening and the restaurant also opens on 01.04.26. Feel free to stop by even if you do not want to book yet and just want to have a look around first and possibly plan your holiday at Lake Plau in the coming years.
