House Eli is a charming Istrian ground-floor house in an excellent location in Pomer, near Pula and Medulin, directly by the sea. Surrounded by nature and lots of greenery, it is situated on a large, spacious private property that offers complete privacy and ample space for relaxing outdoors.
A special advantage of this house is the direct access to the sea, which allows guests to enjoy swimming and spending time on the coast at any time. The interior of the house is modern and tastefully furnished and designed for a pleasant stay. The house consists of a living room with a sofa bed (for an additional person), a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining table for shared meals. Two bedrooms are available – one with a double bed and one with a single bed. The total capacity of the house is 3+1 persons. The outdoor area completes the experience – guests have access to a covered terrace with seating area, a grill, a well-kept garden, and deck chairs for relaxing with a sea view.
