Welcome to the holiday flat Villa Schmidt on Mallorca, located in Cala D'Or. This charming accommodation offers space for up to 4 guests in 78 square metres of living space, with one bedroom and one bathroom.

Villa Schmidt is surrounded by a beautiful garden with palm trees and other exotic plants. Enjoy the Mediterranean climate by the private swimming pool or relax on the terrace overlooking the picturesque landscape. A car park is available for your vehicle.

Inside the villa you will find a cosy living room with a fireplace and air conditioning for your comfort. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. The bedroom is furnished with high-quality bed linen and there is a TV in the living room for your entertainment. A washing machine, iron and hairdryer are also available.

We are happy to provide a cot and high chair for our youngest guests. The villa has WLAN so that you can always stay connected.

Long-term rentals are possible and we ask for your understanding that smoking is not permitted in the villa. Villa Schmidt is an allergy-friendly accommodation, so we kindly ask you not to bring any pets.

Relaxing family vacation

We had a wonderful time in this great apartment in a quiet location in Cala D’Or. The amenities are top-notch, nothing is missing. The garden and pool are also wonderful and perfect for relaxing. Shops, restaurants, a lovely little cove, and the marina are easily reachable on foot. Ideal for a relaxing family time. By car, many more beautiful coves in the area can be discovered in a short time. Absolute recommendation!

Beautiful holiday apartment with great sea view

We had booked a vacation apartment in Villa Schmidt (upper floor) together with our daughter.
The vacation apartment had great amenities, and we enjoyed using the new and very modern kitchen. The beds were comfortable in both bedrooms. What we really liked was the beautiful and large terrace from which you had a really great view of the sea.
The apartment was handed over to us very clean and tidy. The cleaning lady was still present when we arrived. We were allowed to briefly drop off our suitcases and use the bathroom's toilet. After that, there was a small handover with the lady. We also enjoyed using the pool. The beaches in the area are within walking distance but relatively small. Supermarket is also reachable on foot. We would definitely come back!

Summer vacation with a family of four

Very quiet and well-located house with only 5 units - somewhat aged, but well-maintained and the essentials modernized, especially the kitchen. Excellent price-performance ratio. A rental car is highly recommended. Sea view from the upper floor - ground floor has a garden. The complex is absolutely recommended.

Toller Urlaub Villa Schmidt

Wir haben wunderschöne 10 Tage in der Penthousewohnung der Villa Schmidt in Es Forti verbracht. Absolut tolles klimatisiertes 5-Sterne Penthouse. Das Penthouse ist großzügig hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Das Penthouse war gut ausgestattet
(Klimaanlagen, Kapsel Kaffeemaschine, Hifi Anlage mit Bluetooth Eingang, Smart TV,...). Wir hatten einen traumhaften Blick von den Balkonen die zum Penthouse gehörten auf das Mittelmeer. Die Anlage ist sehr schön, ein großer Garten mit Gemeinschaftspool und die einzelnen Ferienwohnungen sind gut angelegt!

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig an einer wenig befahrenen Straße in einer Villensiedlung. Dennoch liegt das Haus sehr zentral, man gelangt fussläufig zu Stränden/Buchten, Geschäften, Restaurants und Bars, Spielplätze für Kinder etc.

Perfekt war auch der Mietwagen, den man zur Wohnung mitbuchen konnte. Es handelte sich um ein Hybridfahrzeug Peugot 3008, mit dem wir bis zu 40 Kilometer rein elektrisch fahren konnten. Ein Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus mit der Möglichkeit zum Laden war stets frei. So gelangte man gut zu schönen Städtchen, Stränden und Buchten, Märkte zum bummeln, einkaufen und nach Palma. Auch der Flughafentransfer, den man zur Unterkunft mitbuchen konnte, hat hervorragend funktioniert. Wir haben uns bei Manu sehr wohlgefühlt.

Als Vermieter hat sich Herr Engelman jederzeit persönlich und zeitnah um alle Angelegenheiten gekümmert, wir möchten uns nochmals bedanken für den tollen Rahmen den er uns für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub geboten hat.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub in der Villa Schmidt verbringen.

Quiet family vacation in an appealing location

The house "Es Forti 64" is located in a preferred area just a few meters from the coast. It is always quiet in the morning, afternoon, and evening, simply wonderful. We had two apartments and could choose where to spend our time together. Often on the shady terrace of the ground floor apartment that is directly by the pool. From the spacious balcony of the apartment on the upper floor, there was a wonderful view of the sea, a top spot for the first coffee from the Nespresso machine in the morning, of course with a view of the rising sun. The air conditioning units in the two rooms were effective, the one in the bedroom even very quiet. Overall, a great vacation, booking and support are well organized, the location and the surroundings for people seeking peace are simply great. We will come back!

Great vacation at Villa Schmidt - we would love to come back again.

Very well-equipped holiday apartment in a quiet residential area that leaves nothing to be desired. Well-maintained garden, beautiful pool. We would book the accommodation again at any time. Excellent box spring beds. Rarely slept so comfortably on vacation.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit traumhafter Aussicht
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar – der Blick aufs Meer ist atemberaubend. Auch der Pool war ein echtes Highlight – sauber, ruhig und perfekt zum Entspannen.
Die Wohnung selbst ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Man merkt, dass sich der Gastgeber Mühe geben hat, seinen Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen.
Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war, dass die Klimaanlage während unseres Aufenthalts leider nicht funktioniert hat. Gerade an den heißen Tagen war das etwas unangenehm. Aber es wurde sich schnell und freundlich um eine Lösung bemüht.
Trotzdem überwiegen für uns ganz klar die positiven Eindrücke. Wir würden die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen – besonders für alle, die Wert auf Ruhe, Aussicht und eine schöne Umgebung legen!
