Summer vacation 2026
We stayed as a family with a teenager for a few days in apartment 4. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary. As a nice welcome, there was a bottle of water and wine. Since it was very hot during our time, we really appreciated the air conditioning. There is a fairly large pool in the garden for cooling off. The villa is located in a quiet area. The beach, shops, and restaurants are each within a 5 to 10-minute walk. It was a nice vacation. Thank you very much to Mr. Engelmann and staff.

Perfect vacation
In the Schmidt villa, we spent 10 wonderful vacation days.
The apartment is very well equipped and is located in a quiet residential area.
Some restaurants as well as a small bathing cove are within walking distance.
From the balcony, one enjoys a beautiful view of the sea.
A nice garden and a well-maintained pool are available.
The contact with the landlord was very friendly and uncomplicated.
We will definitely come back.

As always, good.
As five-time repeat offenders, there is nothing major to criticize.
Things happen from time to time, what matters is that it is taken care of immediately.
We have just recommended their house, especially apartment No. 4 and the penthouse, to friends.
We are certainly not the last time in Villa Schmidt.

«Villa Schmidt Mallorca» achieves a holiday rating of 4.9 (rating scale: 1 to 5) at 19 submitted reviews.
3 Terrassen.
Sehr ruhige Lage.
