This cosy holiday home is located in the picturesque mountain village of Filzmoos in Pongau, just 70 km from the enchanting city of Salzburg. This lovingly designed house offers plenty of space for families and groups to experience unforgettable moments together.
The holiday home impresses with its inviting atmosphere, both in the spacious lounge and in the eat-in kitchen, where you will feel at home cooking and eating together. Whether in summer or winter, here you will find all the amenities to make your stay a pleasure.
The location of the house is sunny and quiet, with a marvellous view of the majestic Tauern mountains and the imposing Dachstein massif. The rustic house is surrounded by a charming garden that invites you to spend relaxing hours outdoors.
After an eventful day in the beautiful surroundings of Filzmoos, you can relax in our sauna. In summer, the barbecue area invites you to round off the evening with a delicious barbecue while enjoying the picturesque surroundings. There are numerous excursion destinations in the immediate vicinity, including the Wasserwelt Wagrain, a 3D archery course, the Filzmoos leisure park, the adventure swimming lake in Eben, the Silent Night Museum and the impressive Pongau Cathedral. A trip to Salzburg, the city of Mozart, is also an absolute highlight for culture enthusiasts.

Fine house where you have a large group can skifebied dichtbij.Voor vertoeven.Met the Skiamade quite a bit of driving to get to all the areas where you will not be valid.

Nฝherný, velice prostorný a pěkně udržovaný dům. U domu je k dispozici posezení s grilem. V domu je k dispozici prakticky vᘞ, kávovary, pračka, myčka, sušička (za poplatek), veškeré nฝobí, dvě lednice, umyvadla na kaém pokoji. V dolní části najdete 'sklípek', resp. místnost urპnou k veპrnímu posezení, v druhém patᖞ zase kᖞsla a gaučík pro posezení u televize a velice prostorný balkon. \r\nDům se nachází u silnice, provoz je ale minimální (v noci téměř žฝný). V okolí domu je les a tak se obლs stane, kolem proběhne pár srnek.\r\nDům je mimo okolní vesnice, kolem je jen jedna restaurace a pár domů. Do Filzmoos je to cca 4km z kopce, do Ramsau cca 10km. V okolí je hodně cykloturistickh tras a zajímavostí (Oberhofalm, Uterhofalm, Silberklamm,boby v Ramsau, 60km Salzburg, Orlí Hnízdo, hrad Hohewerfen + ledová jeskyně, ve Filsmooz najdete malé koupaliště se saunami, kousek dál Thermal Amadé). \r\nNevýhodou je menší kuchyně pro větší poპt osob a lednice v suterénu. Počítejte také s tím, ač majitel nebydlí přímo v domě (ale cca 500m od něj), chodí do domu prakticky kaý den (topit, provฝět opravy, atp.). Majitel je přátelský a komunikativní. \r\nDům jsme vybrali pro jeho polohu. Pro turistické a cyklo-výlety, případně i dovolenou s dětmi je to ideální volba. Jen na kole počítejte s tím, si k domu budete muset pokaé vyšlápnout finální kopeპk.

We were there in winter, but we believe that in the summer just as suitable ist.Schnelle Directions to Filzmoos, Dachstein, City Hall, etc.Vorallem was the view from the house of madness!

Very clean house. Warm welcome. Very nice that it is close to the attractive village. The only sad thing is that there is not really a living room or playroom for the children. Above is a screen and seats but that is next to the bedrooms. Not ideal if you have small children that are sleeping. The small terrace was a minus. Furthermore, had very good time.

Fine spacious house, not noisy, good service. Minuses were the lack of a real living room with easy chairs. The original 7th bedroom was converted into a relaxation room and sauna. For this, however, it was necessary (if using) at 150 to pay extra.

Were with 4 adults and 2 children (1 and 3) in accommodation, was wonderfully spacious.On arrival we had calculated 2 rooms for the adults, but we wanted 3 (1 couple - 2 independently), that was just not so nice, but otherwise well resolved by immediately cleaning the extra room and the lock. Accommodation is right on the main road, but is well framed with a fence. View of the mountains and Hohe Dachstein, great view!
