The very spacious four-room apartment has 3 bedrooms, the second with a sofa bed, each with its own bathroom / WC, a large living room with kitchen and a separate toilet Thus, it can accommodate 2-10 people.
Bed linen, hand and bath towels and tea towels are provided.
If desired, roll service!
Available cot, high chair, as well as books and games.

Location and surroundings of object
Our house is situated in a quiet and sunny location on the outskirts of the village with a wonderful view of our idyllic village of Filzmoos and the surrounding mountains. In our lovingly tended garden you can barbecue (grill is provided), play table tennis, badminton, table football, etc., or simply make yourself comfortable in a deck chair.
Hikes (summer and winter) start directly from the house. We also offer our guests the free hiking bus and ski bus.
The station is directly in front of the house.

Excellent!
In August 2020 we spent a wonderful holiday in Haus Bergfried. We were warmly welcomed by the Gappmaier/Neumann family with our two Bernese mountain dogs, which we don't take for granted. Every day we could enjoy our breakfast on the balcony with a wonderful view. The flat is perfectly equipped. Fresh towels were always available. Our landlords always had an open ear for questions or tips for excursions. The beautiful garden invited you to relax. You can simply feel at home here.
